cushioning
I use this item for trail running as I have a bunion on one foot. It certainly helps to cushion and support the foot effectively.

They break easily
Some of them work ok but some of them tear very easy after having them on after 30 minutes. I wont be getting these again. They cause more pain to my affect area than I had before

Good for when no wounds healing.
Had toenail removed so thought this would be good. If you need to keep the nail fry, don't buy these. Great for when its healed over but otherwise stays wet and prevents healing, but great for comfort.

Protect full big toe
Covers toe no rubbing and stays in place no moving .

They Split
When wearing them in shoes or boots and even football boots, after maybe 10-15 minutes you can tell that they have split and it gets really uncomfortable. I would only recommend you wear these with socks and not shoes. Poor quality and not very strong and durable.
