It should not pump water I want to return this

Guys the pump is actually not the original lakshmi, its some other fake company from delhi rebranding chinese pumps i think. The winding seems like aluminium becuase it heats up very fast. i pump water from ground floor to 1 floor up for about 20-30minutes. after 15mins pump get upto 80 degrees and climbs further. If you plan on buying this use carefully. Give the pump a short break to cool down if using more than 30mins.otherwise there's high chance the winding will burn. Make sure water won't fall over the motor.

Value for money.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and the service provided. I requested a replacement because the product was not satisfactory, but even the replacement request is not being processed. To make matters worse, the refund has also failed, and I keep receiving a message stating that the refund could not be completed. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I expected a proper product and, at the very least, a smooth and reliable replacement or refund process. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless the seller improves both the product quality and customer service.
