Exactly what I expected and great price too. None of the instructions were in English. I had to find a website that used the product and watch the video. Why wouldn’t you provide an English version of instructions???

I’ve ordered this product multiple times and I would say this was the best packaging and protection of the product. I will order again!

I get that you’re trying to appeal as the cool European machine but maybe slide in some Queen’s English in there. I had to go look it up on YouTube but basically you dump the solution into an empty water reservoir, fill the reservoir, hold down the descale button and then turn on your frother. At this point you’ll need a container big enough to contain all the water in the reservoir as the machine will start cycling water out the frother over of about 30 minutes. After that’s done refill with new water, turn on the frother and you’ll cycle the clean water through. Verify your directions are the same but this is kind of the gist. There are no instructions in the box

Best cleaner around for our coffee pot!

I thought I was getting the same DeLonghi descaler that is a US product. This in no way is even close and it is in a complete foreign language. If I could give it a Zero rating I would. The worst part is once you get it they will not take a return. I plan on going to my credit card and denying the charge. Avoid this company.
