Mis-labelled
The pin pattern shown is S+- but the pins are actually wired +-S which is a hassle. The buzzer itself is quite fussy about the duty cycle and frequency of PWM input signals, quite a narrow range will produce any audible sound.

Not a Piezo Buzzer
These items do not appear to be piezo buzzers, they couldn't be driven a Raspberry Pi Pico pin, measuring the resistance gave 16 ohms, suggesting either a moving coil or moving iron device (I would have expected a very high resistance for a piezo device). They can be driven by an Arduino pin but you will be exceeding the maximum current drive of the pin.
