Sticker for Surface Duo Phone Edge-to-Edge Precision Vinyl Skin Wrap (Leather Textured)

I'm really happy to finally have something to cover up all the cracks in the glass on my phone. It was starting to be dangerous to hand my phone to someone else because of all the bits of glass coming off. This covers it nicely. It's not too thick, so it does a pretty good job with form fitting my phone without being too thin. It feels nice to the touch and has made my phone look totally different. I should've gotten the gold or blue. I didn't realize there were other colors. It came in a cardboard shipping envelope inside of a branded letter-size envelope. It came with an alcohol wipe and a microfiber cloth. All of that was inside of an flat Amazon bubble mailer. The cover for the front of the phone needs to be applied carefully, since there's a cutout for the reflective Microsoft logo. Otherwise, it was pretty easy to install. I just hope it doesn't peel off later. I'll update if it does.

This adhesive textured faux leather skin fit almost perfectly maybe a mm off but not noticeable. It has a nice feel to it and provides much needed grip for the Surface Duo One. While the phone alone looks and feels premium, this skin makes it look even more classy and professional. The cutout for the window logo was very precise. The adhesive is very good although I wouldn't recommend using this if you shove your phone in a tight pocket, but for us ladies it's not going to peel in your purse. It seems very scratch resistant and easily wipeable. I love it and wish it came in this texture but soft pink or light pastel purple.

This kits was delivered in an unsealed paper envelope with the product spilling out into the delivery box. The product itself essentially consists of two thick stickers cut to the shape of the device, with one of the stickers including additional cut-outs for the logo to show through. A cloth for wiping the device clean was also included. I was able to position the stickers on the device correctly after one or two tries. Fortunately the adhesive is weak enough that the stickers can be peeled off and repositioned, and reposition you mostly likely will, becuase the logo cut-out is so thin and fine-lined that it will take a few tries to get it correct. All things considered, I would have preferred that the logo window not be cut out at all, and that this kit contained two, hole-less stickers.

So after reading so many reviews about the difficulty of installing these I was a little apprehensive to pull the trigger. However, I have successfully installed screen protectors on various devices for years and thought I would give it a try after finding no alternatives. Well to my surprise there are not hard and I found them pretty easy to install. Follow the instructions that come with it, and I advise installing the side without the windows logo first, get a feel for how they stick and then you should have no issue with the logo side. I lined the logo before pushing down the sides. I got it first try. Now for protection, while it is not for drop protection it does add a layer of protection on the glass panels the Duo has. These panels are fragile and can crack pretty easy, with these protectors I don't worry when using my device daily. So in my bag, setting on tables, carrying in my pocket, I feel my Duo is at a low risk of damage, as long as I don't drop it.... Highly recommend these.

This is a great product! My Surface Duo fell and one of the glass panels cracked. I ordered a SopiGuard (Where did that name come from?) and it blew me away. I thought it would be difficult to apply but NO, following their directions it was easy, and it aligned PERFECTLY! It was like a NEW phone! The crack was gone - replaced by a stylish "swoosh" design element. I was expecting it to start fraying around the edges after a few months because I "pull" on the edges multiple times a day to open the phone and it goes in and out of my pocket all the time. But NO, after eight months the SopiGuard (where did that name come from?) still looks like the finish was installed at the factory. Looking at the phone, you wouldn't even believe it has a skin on it! This is an awesome product! Buy with confidence, you won't be sorry you did.

Carbon Black skins are like the fishnets of phones - they make everything sexier. Regardless of all the software and couple hardware gripes, the Surface Duo is one of the prettiest devices I've ever touched... and this skin makes it look even prettier. When putting it on the main worry I had is that the portion over the windows logo has super thin strips making the cross of the window instead of just a blank square, so you have to be pretty precise or it'll look a little funky particularly with the white Duo. My biggest takeaway though is that it makes the Duo feel GREAT to hold. Previously every time I picked up the phone I was scared it would slip out of my hands or slide around my desk and collect scratches. This skin has just enough traction to keep it in place and make it feel safe to grip. As such, I feel this provides more security than even a screen protector because as long as you're not being wild it shouldn't fall. Unless you plan on getting a far more expensive case, I would recommend this to everyone!

Hangs alot and no updates

Easy to apply and makes a huge difference to your confidence in using the Duo. With all sides being glass, you’re never happy putting it down on hard surfaces. These skins make all the difference. I just wish is didn’t have the cutout for the windows symbol. I fear that might be a point of failure down the road. However, I can see why people would want that. No biggie.

Perfect fit. Easy to install if you follow instructions and so far, after 10 days, have stayed in place. As well as protecting the glass, makes holding easier as less slippy.

easy to fit and looks good with No air bubbles. my reason for giving only 3 stars is, there is No cut out for the camera ???. I used a shape knife to make the necessary cutting.
