Everlast EverGel Boxing Mouthguard

These are the best mouthpieces I know of at the best prices for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. The hole in the center really helps with breathing, and the mouthpiece is very easy to mold. There may exist something better on the market, but certainly not at this price, and the Everlast mouthguards have always been comfortable to the point of almost forgetting about them when I'm rolling or boxing. Something to consider is that after a hard day of training, they're easy to forget. I probably go through one of these about every half year because I leave it at a gym or something. I have never in my life worn a mouthguard out. You might want to buy one or two extras just to have around, so you don't find yourself without one.

I followed the instructions exactly as they stated and the thing became folded right when I dropped it in the boiling water. It's small and the ends of the plastic melted. The only reason I'm giving it two stars because the case is actually decent and worth keeping.

They sort of work when you boil and bite, but they don't really mold well because the walls of the teeth groove don't seem long enough.

I have molded one of these b4 and the outcome was great i used my mouth piece for when i worked out on a regular occation. It improved my cardio alot. I didnt know that it was popular thing with silva until i read about the double mouth piece later on down the line. Lately i haven been using as much but i regret doing that because it really helped with contrling my breathing when i exercise.

These are a good fit for my bare teeth. I use the "single" upper when I wear retainers. The trench is wider than the doubles

Pretty good mouthpiece. Provided excellent Portection, howver a bit hard to breath through. For example lets say your breathing at 100% without a piece, this mouthgaurd brings your down to about 76% breathing capability. Overall good buy.

Started with a single mouthpiece and found my mouth open a lot of the time. This double guard allows me to bite down to put power behind my punches and defense while allowing me to breathe and doesn't leave my jaw and teeth vulnerable from having my mouth open or clenching my teeth.
