Are these RPM 2 or RPM Pods? Are these compatible with 0.4 coil.

These are RPM 2 pods. Are only compatible with RPM2 coils

Are these pods the extended 7ml version?

As standard these aren't 7ml however the way they manage to reduce a 7ml down to a 2ml is that they use silicone inserts in the pods to make the fillable space smaller. Given this, if you have a pick tool you can actually pull out the silicone fillers out from the atomiser hole with the little bit of fiddly work. It may be worth testing on an old pod first just to figure it out but there is a silicone filler in the top and another in the bottom of the pod which take around 5 mins to remove once you've done it a few times. Just as a side note, you will have to destroy one of the silicone inserts (the one in the mouth piece end) in order to get it out as it's too big to fit through the atomiser hole in one piece.
