This product works as well as the other Neutrogena Facial Wipes, not sure I understand the "calming" part?

Got these for my mom and she absolutely loves them. She's super picky, so that's a win. They smell nice, not strong. She likes the way they make her skin feel soft. She uses them prior to washing her face but sometimes just uses them alone if she's too exhausted. So one pack is in the bathroom, and one by her bed, so I've made sure to buy the biggest multi pack I see available for her. The cloths are the average makeup remover cloth size and thickness. The quality you expect from Neutrogena. I just hope they don't change anything about them (maybe size or thickness wouldn't hurt), or discontinue these. I know a lot of products lately have declined in their quality but increased in price. Hopefully this brand stays true to their reputation.

I ordered a packet of 6 of these. Love this product, but only received 1 of the 6. This is not the first time this has happened with an amazon order. It is frustrating to get into amazon customer service. Once there I was required to answer a number of questions. Not worth the time and frustration. Will go back to stores to get this type of item. Not because I don't love the product but because of Amazon issues.

I’ve used these wipes for years and loved them for my dry, sensitive skin. Sadly, in my Feb purchase the formula and the fabric changed. The new ones made my eye area burn and dried out my skin, also stinging. It felt more like an astringent than the lovely, moisturizing, soothing wipes they used to be. I’m really disappointed. Why spoil a great product!

These wipes get off more than your average makeup remover. They smell lovely and there are so many 😍 BUT.... The only thing I can say againt these are that they are really oily. It leaves your skin feeling slippery. So I have to wipe that off when I'm done. Not sure if I'm supposed to rub it in or whatever butttttt I don't like it. I'm not going to decrease my rating though. These are the best makeup wipes I've ever used.
