I have taken this quite regularly. I like the liposomal thought behind it. Have not had any unpleasant reactions. I'm not a fan of capsules and these are capsules. That would be my only negative.

Liposomal vitamins are just better.
You can't take the seat every day because it's fat soluble. Like all vitamin C supplements. You don't really feel the difference you just notice that it couple thousand milligrams every three or four days is probably enough for most people.
