A couple things worth mentioning for prospective buyers: the softgels are definitely on the larger side, so if you struggle with bigger capsules, keep that in mind. Also, the gel caps can stick together if exposed to too much heat for extended periods, so storing the bottle in a cool, dry place is important. If you feel one coming on, take an extra. It works as a lubricant for your ducts so milk and fat don’t stick.

I recommend taking this when Breastfeeding! Take one or two daily will prevent you from getting mastitis! It has saved me from getting mastitis again. I got a clogged duct/mastitis before I started taking this daily and just by taking it cleared my clogged duct/mastitis immediately. I’ve been breastfeeding for a year now and haven’t got it again.

Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased. it’s my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects. as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it’s improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

Excellent for keeping blocked milk ducts and mastitis away. One a day does the trick for me!
