Strut Coil Spring Compressor for Mercedes Benz

A specially designed spring compressor that is NECESSARY to safely remove the springs on most Mercedes Benz vehicles. Conventional (external-type) compressors will not work due to the confined space. The telescopic fork (120 – 325-mm) fits through the center hole in the lower control arm to engage the two compressor plates. The spring is compressed by turning the nut on the telescopic fork using a socket wrench (no air powered tools). The spring can then be removed for service and/or replacement.
