Excellent supplement if you don’t mind larger tablets (vit C)
Good price, all things considered, I’m very happy with them and will continue to purchase. However these are not small tablets, they’re the larger thicker, lozenge shaped ones so if you struggle with these you might wish to seek out a smaller one.

It looks quite big but not hard for me to swallow with water .for effectiveness not sure though but I don't catch a cold easily and or any allergies that is for sure.

Good quality vitamins

Nice product at value price. Still using them everyday, would buy again. Tablets are big, so not great for those who don't like swallowing tablets. Me I'm okay, I usually take many herbals at a time. 😂
