No instructions - no guide on conductivity levels
So... they provide no guidance RE what the conductivity of the matt should actually be, but it is radically difference from what the wrist bank is (see photo's) - which BTW is half as good as one I have from another supplier. So...this is a send and hope type supplier....

Came with no user guide and impossible to figure out
This was delivered with no information so we have no clue what to do with the cable and wrist band? If anyone can help?
