Impossible to figure out. Don't buy I brought my boyfreind one too for his birthday. Unless we can figure them out in the next day they will be returned. The software it tells u to download is years old. Don't buy, the directions dont make sense. If this changes I will change my view but for now it is a piece of garbage.

Absolute junk. First off the qrl code on the box isn't the most recent app however the qrl code in the directions works. The range on these suckers is about 2 ft and forgot about being in a different room. All I can say is glad I got my junk Yankee swap gift early this year.

There are better once out there

The battery loses contact, rendering the device useless. Had to hold the battery down to get it to pair with phone, thought I had it seated well after that so closed the case. Any movement causes the battery to disconnect. Tracker worked sitting on the table, but lost contact with phone while holding both in my hand and walking to car. Could not get it to take photos. It chirps incessantly when iPhone is charging. Also hated the screaming alarm when I stepped outside the house without the tracker.

The imHere+ Android app that you are required to download for the keyfinder to activate requires you to give access to every aspect of your phone ... i.e contacts, camera, identity, photos, call history, location, media/files, microphone ... These are things that are NOT required for the devices functionality and could potentially be used maliciously, especially since it is a low rated foreign app from an untrusted source. (app displays information in foreign language characters) Be wary. I declined the app install and returned mine.

Product looks nice. Tool doesn't work to open battery compartment. It does tell us in description there's no battery. Hopefully the store sells them because they failed to mention anything else. Personally, I'm over this product. I'd rather return it then spend more time on it, (especially after reading the reviews). Thanks though

its sounds like a dog whistle and very hard to hear and look for when lost and it only sounds for 1 sec i wouldnt really recommend this

I just received this tracker and there wasn't any battery inside. So I have to go purchase a battery. I'm glad I checked this was a gift for someone.
