Philips RacingVision GT200 H7 Headlight Bulb + 200% Set

Brighter than average bulbs. I just wish they were as white as LEDs. Still happy with them.

Product is perfect, but package was not good. Received in paper bag, the package was damaged, cracked and can see inside the pack. Photo attached.

They are a bit brighter than stock, could be slightly brighter but I'm glad not to be blinding oncoming traffic. I drive at night often and found out that my eyes can see better with halogen bulbs rather than with LED bulbs. The bright white lights from LED's makes me tired. These halogen bulbs offer a good tint that adds contrast at night and cuts through fog better than my old LED's. 4 stars as they could be a little cheaper and a little brighter, but so far, I'm pretty happy with them.

Bulbs provided more light than your basic bulb. A pair burned out in 6 months. NOT BUYING AGAIN.

Initial impressions are fantastic, the color is not overly yellow or white, brightness is fantastic and has significantly improved down-road visibility. I understand that these are shorter-lived bulbs and will update my review when they fail.

Like with most Amazon review sections, there is abundant ignorance and misinformation. While I am not an expert in car headlights, I'd like to inform potential buyers that the relationship between brightness (in lumens) and brightness (perceived) is a logarithmic function. That is to say a huge increase in lumens will only yield a small increase in perceived brightness. Armed with this knowledge, I can infer that yes, +200% "brightness" sounds about right. THE TAKEAWAY: These headlights are a nice step up from your average halogen. Not at all the brightest car illumination product, but still possesses ample capability. Considering this product is ~$15 more than the baseline I would strongly recommend it to anyone who might appreciate some nighttime illumination for a really fair price. The bulbs are indeed a cooler shade of white but not nearly as much as an LED. Remember LEDs are best for reflective housing whilst halogens remain superior for projector-style housings. I would describe these bulbs as ~ +20% perceived brightness, although this figure is mostly irrelevant as other buyers' setups will vary. EXCELLENT FOR THOSE WITH PROJECTOR STYLE HOUSING WHO DON'T WANT TO FORK OVER $100-$300 FOR HIDs

Not much of an upgrade for me, also only lasted 7 months.

This product was exactly as advertised and is so much brighter than the stock lamps and other aftermarket lamps. This product is used on a 2011 Mazda CX7 & there is an issue with the headlights when on dim which this bulb is used for. In fact, I could not drive safely at night with the headlights on dim due to the very poor illumination of the roadway. These bulbs have resolved that issue as they are much, much brighter, and I have tried 2 different quality bulbs before trying this bulb and there was no noticeable difference. These bulbs definitely make a difference, making driving at night as different as night and day on the low beam.

Excelentes, dan muy buena luz y muy blanca, la verdad es que mejora muchisimo la visibilidad, la pega a tan buena luz es que la duracion es mas corta, pero es el precio a pagar por ganar luminosidad

Ich habe die Philips RacingVision GT200 H7 verbaut und der Unterschied zu Standardlampen ist sofort sichtbar. Die Ausleuchtung ist deutlich heller und weiter, vor allem auf dunklen Landstraßen fühlt man sich sicherer. Straßenschilder und Fahrbahnmarkierungen werden klarer erkannt, was gerade bei Regen oder schlechter Sicht ein echter Vorteil ist. Der Einbau war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich aktuell noch nicht viel sagen, aber bisher machen die Lampen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Preislich etwas höher angesiedelt, aber meiner Meinung nach gerechtfertigt für die gebotene Leistung. Wer viel im Dunkeln unterwegs ist, wird den Unterschied definitiv merken.
