GREAT GIFT, it was a bit difficult to put together but I love a challenge. No missing pieces. Great value. The image was very clear. I would buy again, I put a family photo on it but it would be nice if it came with a custom frame!

PROS: It's very affordable and you can have a favorite photo turned into your very own puzzle, such that it is. The pieces are made of a sort of wood product and they're very sturdy, much sturdier than traditional cardboard pieces. CONS: All the pieces are cut in the same shape: squarish, with two male prongs sticking out north and south and two female cuts east and west, or vice versa. So every area that's one color or pattern (such as my dog's mesh harness, see second photo), the only way you can figure out where to place the pieces is to turn them upside down and match the letters on the back. This is not puzzling, it's a mechanical process that is tedious and boring. The only puzzling aspect of this product is why they would invest in good quality construction only to make the pieces a worthless shape. When I saw this, I thought it was a great idea and used it for three Christmas gifts using photo I know would be valued by the recipients. Then I had one done for myself, and now I'm embarrassed that I gave these as gifts. What a terrible gift this was to give to my loved ones!

The image quality, presentation, sturdiness of the pieces, accompanying poster, storage bag, and storage box are all **very** good quality. My one major issue with this product is there is an extreme lack of diversity in the shapes of the pieces. If you have a large portion of your image with little color variation, for example a blue sky, you could easily place the incorrect piece and have it appear to be correctly placed.

Fantastic quality. I’ve never seen the codes on the back, it’s really helpful with a difficult puzzle.

I was really pleased with my purchase. The photo I sent came out beautifully and I'm excited to be giving it as a gift.

the gap btw the parts should be increased 0.01mm, very tough to get them to join easily. build quality is good, would buy again, time is decent and level of difficulty is very decent as well.

So this Jigsaw arrived in a presentation box with the picture I chose on the front and a paper version for reference inside. The quality was lovely and pieces were perfectly crafted. I used puzzle glue to glue front and back and mounted it on the wall using special adhesive pads. Would recommend this and a puzzle mat as if you don't do that then you won't be able to frame it. The finished product gave a 3d effect and thus looks very professional

Hi Havnt done this yet but, when it arrived it looks great. Quality peices and packed nice in it's own box with the picture on front. I hope once it's done it will look awesome. I'm sure it will.

The pieces don’t slot together as smoothly as they should.

My wife has now got herself an interest in Jigsaw puzzles. I was fed up of seeing bloody jigsaws of landscapes and cottages. Used a family picture to get her a more personal jigsaw. She loves it.

It's a Christmas present so I haven't opened it but I'm sure it will be perfect.
