Good quality and easy to clean. Hot enough for tea or coffee, it should last for a while.

I think this is a great investment, especially if you and your family want to drink more water but don’t want to spend the money buying filtration systems or water bottles. The water dispenser works excellently. The cold water is cold and the hot water is always hot, which is great. No need to put the kettle on for tea. This is a one stop shop for clean water. The dispenser is relatively quiet. When it is cooling water, it just turn on and make some noise but that is expecting since it is working. It is equivalent to the sound of the fridge kicking on to create ice cubes or cool down the inside after the door has been open for a while. It is just a quiet hum. I am very happy with my purchase and this was well worth the investment.

I bought this product just 8 months back for my office room. Very limited use everyday and already the buttons are getting stuck - bascially will not come back after pressing - and the water overflows the cup because it will not stop!!!!!Very bad quality!!!

Researched all of these water dispensers on the market as I'm tired of paying a monthly rental fee to the water company. It's not perfect, but I did find this one to be one of the best stainless steel dispensers out there.As others have mentioned, it is a little noisy, but nothing major. The important thing is that it keeps the flavor of the water as it should be and it tastes great. I mean GREAT and I am over the top particular about this topic. I also love that it gives you a room temperature, hot, and cold option. My only complaint is that the space between the drip catch tray and the various dispensers is snug and that the dispensers (pushing out the various temperatures of water) are inside of a header on the unit and you have to bend over to look and make sure your bottle or whatever you are filling is right under the dispenser so that water doesn't leak on the floor. I knocked off a star because this is a design flaw in my mind as those dispensers should be higher and more visible so users don't have to bend over each time. Also, if you want to insert a coffee pot with an attached lid or a large gallon pitcher under one of the dispensers, you have to pull the drip catch tray out or hold the coffee pot at an angle. Not a huge deal, but again, something that I would have thought through when designing. Overall, I highly recommend this dispenser and would purchase again as it's solid quality, and promotes all of us drinking more water.

I love having ice cold, room temperature or hot water for tea on tap. Since purchasing this water cooler, I have cut my soft drink consumption to nearly zero and replaced my drinking habits with only water or tea. I needed to clean it after the 2 month mark because it started tasting like mildew, but that's expected of any cooler. When the compressor kicks on, its noticeable, but after a while, it just becomes background noise. Overall a good purchase.

We like our Brio!The first one was defective and had a loud rattle noise, but the second one we got it very quiet. Super nice!

This works and does what it is supposed to. The cold is cold the hot is hot. Why the three stars… it is loud. Louder than my dishwasher and my fridge. Honestly thinking of placing it in another room. Would not buy again

I love the convenience of having cold water and hot water. We have really hard well water so it's nice that we can have good water. Still. Machine works as advertised. We love it!
