These tablets are user friendly and mild enough to pick just the right amount needed for your unique needs.

Low quality product. The pills fall apart and turn to dust before you even open the bottle. I bought 5 bottles and every bottle has at least 30% of the pills crushed to small chips and powder. I would give this product a 3 but quality is so low that a 2 or possibly a 1 is warranted. Also can't help but question the quality of the ingredients if the pills fall apart. When taken as directed the product temporally makes my body approx. 0.5 less acidic so it does kind of work but very temporary. Maybe an hour or 2 at the most. Other times the product has no affect at all.

My diet requires alkaline supplements several times a day, so I was searching for a cost-effective replacement for LifePlus PH Plus. An AI recommendation suggested this product as the closest equivalent, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing — starting with a delayed shipment. When the bottle finally arrived, I opened it expecting a usable supply. Instead, I found a tiny bottle that was two-thirds stuffed with a huge cotton ball and only one-third filled with tablets. To make matters worse, many of the pills were already cracked, crumbling, and broken apart inside a supposedly brand-new container. For $16 (without any Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions), this feels like a complete rip-off. If this small amount of product is intentional, the company should use a smaller bottle that accurately reflects the quantity customers are getting. Also, the pills should not be disintegrating — people rely on precise dosing, especially when the supplement needs to be taken several times a day. The formula itself might be fine, but the execution and presentation are misleading and unacceptable. I included photos: in one of them, my fingernail shows exactly where the pill fill line is, and the oversized cotton ball beside it shows just how much of the bottle is wasted space. I will be returning this today.

Ease of use and works as advertised

I liked the product and had used it for at least a year. They changed the formula and look recently and it isn't great. The pills used to be small and white. Now they are larger, tan and chalky. They fall apart in the bottle, coating everything with powder and wasting several pills, unless you want to eat a powdered pill🤢. I am very disappointed with the changes. The two pictures are the last two bottles I ordered. The first bottle was worse as 25% of that bottle was crushed pills. I was hoping it was a fluke but the next bottle came with several of the pills crushed and broken.

On ne s'en rend pas compte, mais le pH du corps est très important, souvent trop acide, (causes: viandes rouges, alcool, sommeil non réparateur....) Depuis que je le contrôle, il est souvent acide (acheter bandelettes en pharmacie et contrôler l'urine) De plus je dormais assez mal, réveillée en pleine nuit en ayant du mal à me rendormir, et fatiguée la journée... Bref, depuis que j'ai découvert ce produit, (je n'en prend que lorsque j'en ai besoin!) je dors beaucoup mieux, je sens que mon corps est en harmonie... Je le conseille à tout le monde ayant ces symptômes!!!
