I needed something to replace electrolytes after sweaty bike rides in the Florida sun. These are much healthier and cleaner than some of the other alternatives out there. They become fizzy after dropping in a bottle of water and the taste is good. Not too sweat. Sometimes I drink them on my days off the bike because I enjoy the flavors.

We used to use Drip Drop but they have SO MUCH SUGAR we switched to these. Admittedly, I hate stevia but the flavor of it isn't overpowering in this product.We like these so much that we buy these by the case. Great product, highly recommend.

I have been using Nuun tablets in my water bottle and in GZero Gatorade when I play golf or tennis for a couple of years. Really need this year round, especially in the summer since I live in Florida. I like strawberry lemonade flavor - pleasant in water and compliments the flavors of GZero Gatorade. Very easy to cut tablets to fit in narrower water bottle. When I use Nuun and drink on schedule as I play, I no longer cramp during or after play.

I bought this to avoid cramping and I believe it works. Unfortunately, I hate the flavor- to me it tastes like the worst chemicals in artificially flavored medicine. Wish I liked it, because the listed nutrients are healthier than the previous brand I was using, but it just tastes foul to me.

This is amazing! I run in Florida so 90 degree weather and around 5 mile runs now. I drink this before, during, and after my runs and feel that it really helps me replenish my electrolytes. I also feel other brands are so expensive and this is so affordable for the amount you get and is actually good.

There are a lot of sports drinks out there, but these are pretty nice; my favorites are the lemon-lime and the strawberry lemonade ones. The longer you wait, the clearer it gets and the more flavorful they get. You supply the water, so don't spend too much on them. They will go on sale at some point.

When I drink it while playing tennis, my leg muscles no longer cramp. The taste is good, not too sweat.I definitely will purchase it again much better than pakaged sport drink.

Easy to use and carry, Light taste and will not over power your mouth after using them a lot. They do produce air bubbles, so you have to release the pressure on your water bottle...
