TOPS Phone Message Pad Call Book, Carbonless Paper 2 Part, 2 3/4 x 5, 400 Forms - 74620, White

My receptionist hates this book and is going to throw it in the trash as soon as a different one we ordered arrives. The pages are all the same color and so thin that writing on one goes through several sheets unless one places cardstock or heavy paper underneath. Since the pages do NOT alternate blue and red lettering, it is impossible to keep up with which one should be the top page. False advertising by seller. Total fail on this product.

I have the worst time keeping up with telephone messages. I have tried keeping them in a regular otebook, but the I ed up usig the notebook for something else and mislay the messages. Or I put them on the backs of envelopes, or on little pieces of paper and there they are: lost. So finally I decided to do something organizationally smart. I ordered the Phone message booklet that holds 400 messages. It is wonderful. It has no other purpose and stays put under my phone and is not grabbed away for some other purpose. I love it. There are the phone numbers I need right there in front of me. They do not wander off and are not lost. I am so grateful I finally happened to see this on Amazon and figured...it does not have to be for office use. Home is fine. If your messages and phone numbers have a habit of straying, try this little pad. It is great for home use!

I got these for our receptionist and they helped her out a lot. One thing to know is that the first and second part of the carbon paper look so much alike she had been using both separately.

This product is a good value for the money but it is advertised as having a canary carbonless sheet but all the sheets are white. No biggie except I work with people who cannot comprehend that it works the same way regardless of the color of the sheet (and frankly, like others have mentioned, it can be easy to put the divider between the wrong sheets). Otherwise, this is a great price and it works the way it should. I would buy it again if I can tolerate having to explain this process to the folks I work with repeatedly.

The 2nd page is white, same color as top page, making it more difficult to see which ones have pulled and processed. I haven’t ever purchased one with this issue; don’t know to check the 2nd page color.

Not sure how I lived without these message pads in the past. Perfect for writing messages for people who have a tendency to LOSE them...I can always go back and see who, etc. Very handy to have all of the messages in one place. In my business it is not uncommon for us to book a client whose event is not taking place for another 6-18 months...I label each message pad on the front with the dates contained inside so that I can search messages easily. Well worth the price.

This carbonless duplicate page is identical in color and style to original page. Cannot differentiate between pages, may cause trouble if you put divider in wrong place.

Uncase you need to backtrack your message a least you have the time and date they call, it just good to have.
