Good points - Waterproof - Quiet - Comfortable Bad points - DOES NOT HAVE AN ABSORBENT SURFACE - Washing hit-n-miss, need to ensure top surface folded outwards, but sometimes turns in the machine and doesn't clean properly (not a fault of this specifically, all waterproof covers have the same issue) DD had a big wet, nothing got through, but some ran off the side and ended up with a mess on the floor. Need to use a sheet or other covering to absorb accidents.

Doesn't make noise so sleep quality isn't interrupted, warm material so bed Doesn't feel cold like other protectors, good product from silent night.
