Seat not great for adult size, even very small person, but nice stool nonetheless
This stool is cute and functional, but is more a good seat for a child than an adult. My mother is a small woman (around 100lbs or less), and this is still a little small for her.Mom wanted a small, very comfortable office chair/stool with a footring. The spaces in which she wants to use the chair are limited, so the width of the base of the chair needs to stay around this width, but no more than 20", including the wheels. However, I don't want something configured in a way that will cause the chair to tip easily and cause her injury. As for comfort, the padding is adequate, but this isn't going to be something to sit in for long periods of time, because it is so small. The backrest part of this stool is not high enough to provide any real lumbar support. The backrest also ends up kind of making the seating area of the stool smaller depth-wise than what it would be without it, which makes it far less comfortable. The wheels which were included are not rolling easily on my mother's flooring, but may not cause anyone else problems. Better wheels can be easily purchased to replace the included ones if necessary, though that increases the overall cost of the chair. The chair was easy enough to assemble, and came with all the required tools and parts. However, I also customized this stool with a different hydraulic/pneumatic lift that would reduce the lowest setting of the seat height by about 2 inches. After we assembled this stool and realized how small the seat was, I wanted to try to see if a different seat option (one I already had from a different chair) would work, but it was impossible to pull the stool seat apart from the pneumatic (hydraulic?) lift. I thought about using a wrench, but didn't want to ruin the pneumatic lift without even a day of use. So, I would recommend knowing what you're going to do before full assembly, if you plan to customize the pneumatic lift or seat. If I had it to do over again, I would have sat on the seat to try it before putting it on the base.I think the base of the chair could work for what we need. A chair base just like this one, but an inch or two wider, might be even better. The ideal chair would be: a chair base in this footring style an inch or two wider in diameter than this one, with a plush round stool seat between 14" to 15" in diameter and 2.5" to 3" thick, with a detachable higher plush backrest for lumbar support, with a seat height starting around 17" at the lowest setting, and blue or black in color, for a similar reasonable price. However, this is a nice stool if you are prepared for how small it really is, and would be especially nice for a child's desk.

Looks good, but...
Got this stool to replace a barstool that was being used for work-from-home. We looked at reviews of various standing stools, but their durability seemed un-dependable because of extensive plastic components.THE GOOD- This stool actually looks good. In white and with the back lip on the seat cushion, it matches our contemporary furniture style.- The wheel frame is metal as is the hydraulic section (a plus over the plastic in the standing stools).- It is pretty lightweight making it easy to carry from place to place (but maybe too light).- Good range of height adjustment with easy to access handle.- When assembling, you could put the handle facing left, right, front or back.- Assembly was very easy. Instructions were easy to follow. Parts fit together well. The included allen wrench fit fine. Just a little extra push needed to get the casters to click in their sockets (place frame on towel or cushion to avoid scratching).THE BAD- Caster wheels are plastic. They mark wood floors. Fortunately, we are using it on carpet, but a chair mat would also solve the problem. Higher quality casters may also work.- As other reviewers have noted, the seat may be uncomfortably small for many people. The seat cushion foam could probably also be more premium for more padding comfort. Probably not suitable as a work chair if you have to sit on it for hours every day.THE UGLY- The weld joints on the wheel frame are UGLY (intentionally capitalized). Messy and un-even. Makes the product look very cheap and therefore over-priced (should be a $25 product). Their solution is to give a painted plastic cap that covers the weld joints. From afar, you can't see it so visitors won't notice. In summary, a visual pleaser. But perhaps won't give a good user experience.AUTHCODE CO121120KKT

Good little stool for the price
A good little stool for the price. When I say, "little," it really is a tad on the smallish side, but it does work well for my needs—a good adjustable height stool for playing pedal steel guitar. See the photo: (1) Yellow KKTONER stool on the top; (2) Black "standard sized" stool on the bottom.14.4 inches diameter is pretty small for average build people in the USA. I'm just 5'7" with an average sized derrière for my height, and for me, another two inches in diameter would be more comfortable. Anyone who is larger/ wider than me in the seat department will have a hard time keeping it all on board. By contrast, a similarly designed stool from Costco is about 17 inches in diameter and that ample width feels more comfortable. The yellow color matches my music studio perfectly. The seat material did arrive with a couple of pinhead sized black marks that appear permanent. Although not thrilled about it, is not worth the cost and hassle of returning. The stool does wobble a tiny bit on its post, but not horribly so. The pneumatic action is somewhat weak also, depressing about 1-2 inches when I sit on it—and I'm only 160 lbs, as opposed to the stated 300 lb max load.Padding? Literally not much to say here, because there really isn't much padding at all.Otherwise, easy to assemble and quite portable. I'm generally satisfied.

BE CAREFUL. Made my husband bleed.
This is the most uncomfortable stool I’ve ever sat on. My husband was cut unboxing this stool. The welding job is absolutely awful. Be INCREDIBLY CAREFUL unboxing and putting this stool together. Even better, pick a different brand and ignore this one all together.

Very poor quality
Very easy to assemble. However, it was of very poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. The wheels were placed too close together and did not roll properly. It felt like the stool was going to turn over when you tried to move on it. Also the welded piece that the wheels were attached to was very poorly done and very rough. Fortunately, I was able to return it. It would not come apart, and I had to use two boxes to package it. Save your money for a better product!

The maximum height once sitting on it is lower than the maximum when not
Like most office chairs, as you sit, it sinks slightly so you don't "plonk" on the chair.Unfortunately, this means it's not high enough for my purposes.I will try to estimate & post what that height is at some point.

It's worth the money and it's a good adjustable hight seat
All in all this isn't a bad little seat. It is practical and functional but I've only given it 4 stars as I think there's room for improvement.Personally I think that the seat foam could be a little thicker, especially if you're going to spend some time sat on it. Secondly I think that the wheels could be better quality. Don't get me wrong, they do their job but I feel like they don't roll that smoothly. It's worth the money and it's a good adjustable height stool

This is not a draftsman chair
This looks like a draftsman's chair but that is all, it is the same as their desk chair in height terms but with the foot rest. If you are looking for a draftsman chair look elsewhere - it is not even high enough to be a breakfast bar stool which it could be also good as - so a funky desk chair and yes it is comfortable - have another without the foot rest..This is also suffering from being off vertical 'The leaning stool of Amazon' - not matter what it will not sit straight in the base - cheap for a reason

Hit n miss.
Bought 2 in 2 different colours... One black one blue..The blue is horrendous.. Cheap tacky not built as great. Comes with plastic attachments..Yet the black.. All metal.. Smooth design... And well built.. What the gell went wrong here.. The bottoms are completely different.. The attachments too.. Its only the wheels that and seat that are the same?

Oka, but the cheap price does equal cheap quality.
It's okay. For the money anyway. The wheels can get a little stuck if you are moving the stool whilst sitting on it. But just lifting the lip of the seat whilst shifting around helps. The seat itself is not too comfortable if you are on it for a while. It's perfectly okay for a short time on it.So, for the money, it's okay. But not brilliant.
