I always have a problem going 💩 but these really helped. I bought gummie fiber but it only made me bloated. And I didn’t need that because I’m always bloated. These made my stomach feel flatter. By the time I finished the bottle, I started feeling less bloated than I have ever felt in a long time. I got on here to order another bottle because they definitely work . I go 💩 twice a day now and I notice my leggings fit a tad better around the tummy area. It’s not drastic weight loss so far, but it definitely stopped my stomach from being so bloated. I was skeptical when I ordered them. But now I know they work! 🤗 Oh! Also no bad taste. They taste so good I wish they were candy. I could eat the whole bottle lol 😂 The taste reminds me of Apple Jolly Rancher flavor.

Okay, I have been taking this vitamins for the full month so let me give my honest reviews. 1) This is marketed as supporting gut health more than weight loss and I have noticed a huge difference in my gut health since taking them. -I have struggled with constipation since a very early age and these vitamins have helped me go to the bathroom daily, sometimes even twice which is extremely unusual for me but I think that's where the weight loss comes in. Because I've been able to use the bathroom consistently I have noticed I may have lost a pound or 2 but the weight loss is not the reason why I am writing this review. If you're buying this for that purpose then I believe it might help but also with a diet and constant exercise. Again I bought these for the gut health, not for the weight loss so I did not notice a difference in that part. -Another major thing I noticed with these, they have helped with bloating. Oh my gosh, it was terrible before, I used to have to unbutton my pants halfway through a meal in order to finish comfortably due to my major bloating eating anything. After around 2 weeks I've noticed my bloating has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. Now I can enjoy a full meal comfortably wearing jeans without having to undo the buttons halfway through. So that was a big plus for me in taking these. 2) Onto the only downside of these, yes, there is a very strong apple cider vinegar smell, but it really is just the smell. The first few days the taste did take a bit to get used too, it was very apple cider vinegary tasting but after around 3-4 days I got used to the taste and now by finishing the bottle I actually quite enjoy them. Not the greatest tasting but definitely better than drinking straight up apple cider vinegar. 3) They do take a bit to work. So one of the things I've noticed under the reviews is people reviewing a week or 2 in expecting these crazy results which is not the case at all. Vitamins take a while to show the benefits, and these took around 2 weeks for me to really start seeing any results, so don't be discouraged if it takes a bit of time until you see results, that's the normal. With that being said -I will 100% be repurchasing these and continuing on with my once a month subscription as I do see a benefit to taking these. I take them in the morning before I have my cup of coffee although it is recommended to take with food, I didn't see a difference with taking it either way so that is up to you in how you would like to take them. Again weight loss, not a large difference, that I can see, I don't normally weigh myself so I couldn't tell you if I did or didn't. Gut health in general, a big plus. The taste, could be better but not the worse thing in the world. The smell when first opening up the bottle though is what hits you but just keep it as far away from your nose as possible and you'll be good LOLLL.

Pretty good, When i buy products I usually look at the bad reviews first so i was originally worried but I tried them it worked great for me after a couple of days. They don’t fully help with weight lost but they do literally flatten my stomach like i usually have a little bulge but then i take this and my stomach went flat, they do have sort of an after taste with a lot of apple cider but thats what you get with an apple cider product. They are chewy but not like fruit snack chewy, they do cost quite a bit for something that’s half full when you get them.

I have been taking these daily for 3 weeks now and not really sure if they work. I have noticed very subtle differences but nothing groundbreaking like other reviews. I’ve had zero weight loss but bowel movements seem more consistent and less bloated. Sleep and energy are the same. The taste is not bad a lot better then if taking pure Apple Cider Vinger. When I received the bottle it seemed like it was half full. Once I opened it noticed that the gummies seemed pale and old. As the days went on they all stuck together and it became extremely to difficult to get them out of the bottle (see video). I’ll finish the bottle but not sure I would order again.

I think they taste and smell pretty good, like fresh sour apple. Sellers should def do something about packaging when it comes to temperature. It came all melted and clumped 🥲 The color looks off compared to the product pictures but packaging says they don’t expire till next year. I’ll store them in a cool dim place to prevent any more clumping or melting. *UPDATE* I dont feel like it remotely helped with any kind of weight loss but definitely works with bloating and gut health! I struggled with bloating in my upper abdominal and slight constipation. I can say i’ve definitely seen a change with those factors in the past few months. I took one in the middle of meals and 1 after my last meal. I can say it has helped with my digestion and bowel movements. 2-3 💩’s a day became normal for me. It wasn’t uncomfortable just not used to that many bowels a day😂 I definitely recommend this to anyone who hates the taste of natural apple cider vinegar but wants the same effects. -Pair this with intermittent fasting, and you’ll feel and look the best you’ve ever been ;)

They did not work for my tummy. Although I did have some problems with my stomach and these work well if you have bowel problems.

I have only been taking these gummies for 3 days and I can already notice the difference. My cravings have went away completely. When I eat, I do not have a constant need to finish ALL my food. This helps me regulate my food portions and keep me from overeating. I am also on a workout schedule so my energy level is boosted. I usually get really bloated after eating and I have not had an issue with that lately. The gummies taste like apple juice to me so I would rate the taste 10/10. I cannot wait to see the results after one month! This product is definitely worth it.

The product came earlier than expected. Haven tried yet. If it works well for me, i will purchase more. And also a small suggestion, please put some bubbles or foams to avoid damages. Rather than this, all looks good. Thank you
