Huge Bag Feels Durable
I got them to put my sunflower heads and now my sunflower heads look tiny since the bag is so big which is great for me. They don’t feel heavy to me but I’m using them outdoors. I wasn’t expecting them to feel so good though since the smaller size bags (still big for vegetables) I bought from someone else felt smooth and probably wouldn’t handle bird pecking but I think this bag can handle birds trying to peck at it. I’ll update if I see any tears since birds might try to get my sunflower seeds. The string was a little hard to pull but I’m not trying to protect against insects so I don’t need it tight tight just enough to cover the head of the sunflower.

Great Nets!
I ordered a set of these to try my hand at weed tea. They worked perfectly!

Good to prevent birds from getting to your fruit.
I had a pair of birds eating my figs. I used these covers in order to prevent them from taking a bite of all my fruits. It worked well and now the birds do not come back. Pros: It is relatively cheap. It prevents birds from eating my figs. Cons: The string on the bags tend to fray when you tie and untie them. The cinching on the cord will leave gaps at the stem if that matter to you. Can come undone, depending on what kind of knot you use. Reusability can be a problem because of the fraying of the red/orange strings.

Sturdy and they do the job
These are made from a fairly sturdy netting and the ties hold well. This is the first year that I have used them and it appears that I will be able to reuse many of them next year. They are expensive for what they are and a little bit of a pain to use on squash but I don’t have bite marks all over the protected vegetables. Considering that I baby the vegetables for 5-6 months it’s worth the extra effort.

Saving the grapes one bunch at a time
Handy bags with many uses. We use them to cover bunches of grapes to protect from the birds.

Conceptually these are great!
Again... Conceptually... These are great! Kinda hard to use tho. The material is super stiff which makes it hard to tighten and the strings aren't super durable. I would expect a more flexible material so it opens and closes with ease for humans. Otherwise it did deter the wild life for the most part.

Keeps the pests away
These bags are really good at keeping pests from eating my vegetables. They were used to protect my tomatoes so they could ripen without getting eaten. I would buy them again.

Securing is Key
I read most of the reviews before buying these. I have spent the last few days putting them on a loquat and an orange tree, a few each day. I made some observations. It is easier to cut the knotted string and after pulling tight around the stem under the fruit, tie it tightly with a bow for easy removal, just like you would tie your shoes. Make a double bow if you like. If you knot it, it will be difficult to get off without cutting. Do not place over buds or flowers, as it will prevent pollination from bees that cannot get in. Place only after fruit is set or at some point after. If the bag is a bit small, snip off a couple of the biggest leaves around the fruit to make some room. I have checked my bags each day as the wind has blown very hard during that time. The bags are secure. The squirrels have been yelling at me from the fence, but I pretend I don't hear them. I am determined to get some loquats this year if it kills me. I think when there is uncovered fruit they can have, they will be less motivated to get the ones in the bags, so share a bit if you can. I saw a video of one woman who was frustrated that the squirrel took the fruit and bag altogether and ran off with it. But it was a neighborhood of trimmed lawns and houses, and the fruit was probably the only fruit to eat within a square mile. I have a backup, though, and that is some nylon screen. If the bags don't protect it, I will start making my own screen bags. The battle is on!🤺🤺

Good product, it does what it says, except ... We are covering apples with these bags, and we found that some animals still bite through the material. It is fly-safe, but not for bigger animals. Product itself is good and as promissed!
