Cuts through chicken bones like a hot butter through a knife, or well, the reverse is what i meant. Its heavy so it has weight to break it down for them to consume easily.

I love this knife, one if the few knifes im using for past few years still in great condition. of cource after use clean it up and dry right away just like any other knife, other way will rust.

Absolutely amazing knife, no corners cut on the design and durability!

The knifes themselves are amazing. The stitching of the leather sucks, first time using it I accidentally popped a stitch and it unraveled two more stitches which resulted in the knife poking my finger. Thankfully didn't cut me. The snapping button also SUCKS. It will not snap closed or will not stay closed. It will unsnap very easy. I recommend either buying another leather carrying case or have the knifes on display in a make-shift knife storage container using rice or have a magnetic knife storage holder. I just do not recommend this leather traveling case at all. The knifes themselves are phenomenal.

A great looking knife with premium performance. The finish on the blade and handle is excellent. It came nicely sharp and after a quick wash, I put it to use. The wide blade made ease of use as a bench scraper to move the onions from the chopping block to the pot. Cleaving the chicken was a sinch since the weight of the blade was just enough to cleave. The knife is not oversize, like many cleavers are. The overall performance is excellent, and it is impressive in appearance. I prefer the high carbon steel used due to its edge durability. Maintenance is no problem for those that take cooking as an art. Not only a great addition to the essential knife assortment but can be considered as a go-to knife for multi-purpose. Very, very pleased with this product.

Bought these because a friend told me about them. they arrived very quickly. I am at work for another week, but wife took them out of package and sent pics. Said they are very sharp and seem very nice. I can't wait to get home and try them out. Update; all I can say is buy these, you will not regret it. I'm very impressed.

My husband got these 2 weeks ago for his birthday and had to get 7 stitches yesterday. Be extra careful, extremely sharp!!
