Money well spent
FINALLY! I found the wireless earbuds that sound good, have good battery life and don't go bad after a few weeks. I bought these back in July of 2021 after getting sick of buying the $20-$50 range earbuds for years. All the cheaper ones that I was buying in the past to save money on earbuds ended up dying after either a few days or a few weeks. I'm so glad i finally decided to spend a little extra to get these, I haven't had any issues with them in nearly 6 months since I bought them. The bass sounds rich and deep, the high sounds crisp and clear, the battery life is phenomenal. I rarely need to charge the case they rest in, it holds a charge for a long time. I usually run for 8-10 miles every day and workout for 2 hours 7 days a week, never had a problem with these earbuds. Absolutely love them and highly recommend them. Update on 5/29/2022, nearly 1 year after purchasing them, absolutely 0 problems with them to this day, I spend 2-3 hours at the gym daily, 7 days a week and can go for weeks without ever plugging these into any USB to charge the case, have never had them die on me either or even get to low battery after weeks without charging the case itself, these are by far the best investment i ever made into headphones, money well spent, these are really high quality and well built Update on 7/17/2024, still going strong to this day and performing just as good as they did on day one. Battery still lasts a long time, I only charge the case about 1 time every 3-4 weeks. The sound is still excellent and just as good as it's been since the I got them. I even dropped the case about a dozen times by now on the floor and nothing has happened to it. Absolute best earbuds I've ever own ed in my life. Really surprised how well they're holding up after years of using them 1-3 hours every single day. Update on 7/19/2025, no changes, they work just as good as they did 4 years ago, i still charge them once every 3-4 weeks and i used them daily, quality sounds phenomenal, quite possibly the best purchase i ever made with these headphones Update 8/18/2025, the rubber piece that loops around behind the ear finally snapped. It had a small crack on the rubber in the last few month and recently finally snapped. I was able to put a little band-aid around the crack to keep the rubber hook over my ear for the earbuds to stay on until i received my new pair, they still work fine otherwise after all these years. So I tried order another pair of the the Sport+ because they were cheaper and supposedly some new *updated* version of the hardware but the audio kept cutting out when i turned my head sideways while running, it drove me insane and I had to return them. So i just ended up reordering another pair of these and they work flawlessly. One thing I would suggest to everyone is to not stretch the ear hook rubber too much when putting them on over your ears. Try to not flex the rubber piece too much as it goes over your ear and these will last you forever.

So Far, So Good!
I bought these a week ago. So far, they've held up as advertised. I used to have older JLAB earbuds which is why I came back to the brand. My old ones were good for when I bought them and after some time (I think 2 ears) the battery started dying faster and faster. These new ones are much better than my old ones (at least so far). The battery on the earbuds lasts a while (I've used them for 6 hours straight and haven't had any problems). The case's battery works as advertised. I use these headphone about 6-8 hours a day, and after a week the case barely got down to 75%. The sound quality is pretty good, much better than my last ones. I can hear a difference in certain songs and movies (you can hear background noises well without it drowning out the main sounds). The different options for aware mode and noise canceling are also nice. The aware mode let's me hear surrounding sounds while I have both earbuds in. I can't listen to a conversation completely with them but it works well enough so you know people are talking). The noise canceling feature is decent, better than my last one but nothing crazy. I'm not sure how good noise canceling can get on earbuds but its enough to be able to drown out and ignore background noises. Overall, I am happy with the product. So far, its worked as advertised I have no problems with it. Ill update this review once I've had the headphones for a month.

Good quality
This is my second pair of Jlab’s, I have the epic ear buds and got these for use in my helmet while riding. I would like to say first off my bike is very loud and these remove 90% of the outside noise. Very crisp and clear sound quality as well. I did have to change the tips for a better fit and no issues since. Battery life is very good and well as extended rides (1-3 hours) very sleek design and so far, no issues with connectivity. It is nice to finally have a quality and well priced pair of headphones that fit comfortably in a full faced helmet. Carry case is sleek and semi low profile fitting in any pocket comfortably.

Genuinely good battery life
These earbuds check all the boxes for what I was looking for in earbuds. As of this review I have owned and used them for about 11 months now. The main reason I bought these is because I was looking for a pair of earbuds with ACTUAL decent batteries in them. If you're looking for good battery life in a small form factor, these are the ones without a doubt. Most earbuds I've either had or looked at don't stand up to whatever their product description claims, these do though. I can listen to music for hours on end (I think the longest I've used them for is about 8ish hours for reference). Then on top of the earbud batteries themselves being good, the charging case battery is also really good. I can go weeks without charging the case (I don't use them heavily daily). The attached USB cable is a little awkward, but I really like it in the long run. It's definitely better than having to use a separate cord to charge. Plus the wireless charging is nice, I can just drop them on a wireless charger to pick up some juice from time to time. With such a decent battery life I have high hopes for the longevity of these earbuds. If they handle hours and hours of playtime now, when the battery life inevitably degrades, they should still be usable for a longer time. I'm a fan of the loop around the ear for earbuds (might not be your thing). They definitely stay in my ears for everything I do (sitting at my desk, doing yard work, house chores, laying in bed). For me they're absolutely comfortable. I'd say I have a pretty normal ear, so there's not any uncomfortable pinching or rubbing with the ear loops for me. I do have some sensory sensitivity but I'm able to stop consciously being aware of these in my ear whenever I use them, which is nice. I don't do anything incredibly active though, so I can't speak to their ability to stay in during lots of vigorous movement. I had never heard of JLab before these, but I'm happy to see that these seem to be thoughtfully designed with actual function in mind. No complaints with the sounds quality. They're pretty balanced. Bass definitely doesn't drown out the mids or highs. No "tinny" sound to them. I've used some cheap earbuds before and these definitely do not have a cheap sound to them. I don't know that I'd produce music with them, but they definitely have a very clean satisfying sound. On to the other parts of the earbuds that weren't really selling points for me, but that I like nonetheless. The touch controls are decent, take a little getting used to, but definitely decent. I didn't expect much from the noise cancelling but it works pretty well. I use them when I mow, with noise cancelling enabled, and it really helps cut the noise out (and I can still hear my music well!). I didn't think I'd like the pause on removal from ear feature but have found it is pretty useful, especially at work when someone comes in to talk to me. The "be aware" audio passthrough works pretty well too but I rarely use it. I don't use them for calls often but I haven't gotten any complaints about the mic when I have. Overall a great buy, very satisfied with these.

Good alternative to Powerbeats Pro if you don't mind rapidly declining battery life
All of our reviews start at three stars assuming the product does what is says it will do for the price paid. Stars are then deducted or added based on actual experience. I first purchased these in Dec of 2021 and initially they were a surprisingly good sounding alternative to the expensive Powerbeats Pro set I had been using (which I dropped and they don't get loud enough for calls in my vehicle now). Unfortunately, very soon after purchasing, the battery in the left bud would drain at a much faster rate than the right, to the point it wouldn't last half the day even with no calls being made. To their credit, Jlab was very easy to work with to get a replacement set sent even during the pandemic and that gets a star for their customer service and support of their product (something that is becoming more rare these days). As far as performance under daily use, the sound is very good both in my ear and with my clients when I am on a call. The noise reduction is noticeable and I even like the 'Be Aware' feature that lets outside sound through the noise reduction mics to the earbuds. The comfort is adequate (I still can't wait to take them off when I am done for the day though, but that seems to be the case with the Beats also). The app is buggy at best and there doesn't seem to be any urgency in updates. Currently, it simply crashes when trying to check for an update and the other functions are rarely used. I am not a fan of the touch only controls, particularly when I want to end a call. Most times I have to do the 'double tap' multiple times just for that simple function and forget the 3 tap functions entirely. The real downside though is the battery life. Forget the ludicrous numbers in the description. Never, and I mean never have I gotten 15+ hours of Bluetooth playback. Nor do I get that in talk time but I can forgive that some as it must be more draining. Even worse, while the battery life used to get me through the day, now less than a year later, it barely lasts til the late afternoon before I get the warning that it is down to 10%. I have even taken to using my Beats in the morning for calls in an effort to get the Jlab set to last longer. I fully expect these to become useless in the coming months if the current trajectory is any indicator. The common theme is that battery was an issue in the first set and is an issue in this set. So the lesson here is that for $80 you can't get a product like this that will really compete with something that has a normal retail of $280. You would think I would have learned that by now but here we are. The least I can do is this review so others can make a better more informed decision. I added a star for the responsive customer service but deduct a star each for the poor battery life, under performing app, and the difficult to use touch controls. In the end a well deserved one star.

My Ears Are Throwing a Party (And Everyone's Invited)!
Prepare to have your eardrums serenaded by angels (or your favorite rock band, whatever floats your boat)! I'm absolutely floored by the JLab Epic Air Sport ANC earbuds. Seriously, these things are a game-changer. First off, the sound quality? Forget everything you thought you knew about wireless earbuds. It's like having a miniature concert hall tucked inside your ears. The bass is deep, the highs are crisp, and every note is crystal clear. I've rediscovered my entire music library, and I'm hearing nuances I never noticed before. It's like my favorite songs got a VIP upgrade! And the battery? Oh. My. Goodness. It's like they're powered by some kind of mythical energy source. I've listened for hours on end, and they just keep going! I'm pretty sure they outlasted my attention span, which is saying something. No more scrambling for a charger mid-workout or during a long flight. These earbuds are in it for the long haul. The ANC (Active Noise Canceling) is also top-notch. It's like creating your own personal bubble of sonic bliss, even in the noisiest environments. Train? Plane? Loud office? No problem. It's just you and your music. Comfort? Check. Secure fit? Double-check. Easy controls? Triple-check. If you're looking for earbuds that deliver exceptional sound, a battery that lasts forever, and noise-canceling that actually works, look no further. The JLab Epic Air Sport ANC earbuds are the real deal. My ears are officially in a state of pure, unadulterated bliss. Five stars? Make it ten!

Broke after 4-ish months, loved em enough to buy another pair
I run a forklift outdoors for a living and these have been a lifesaver for my ears. The "Be Aware" mode is awesome and actually makes them pretty safe to use while... being aware lol. Like i have to be able to hear people shouting, horns, other equipment and the like, so its pretty important to have that. Being able to switch between that and noise cancelling on and off on the fly is super helpful. I dont know if they're intended to be hearing protection, but they function pretty well as it for what i do. The only downside ive found is that they are fragile. Where the flexible piece that goes behind the ear meets the plastic of the earbud, it can crack and chip. You drop them a couple of times and they wont fit in the case properly anymore. I wear glasses and a cap while working so im sure the extra bend on it doesnt help. The fit for it to charge in the case is super precise, so even glue will warp it enough to not fit the case correctly. (That picture is after me gluing it, failing, and regluing it so it would charge). Other than that, they're great. They actually sound good and have a full dynamic range that rivals the way more expensive brands, and the battery life is as claimed. I charge the case once a week (i have yet to actually run the case completely flat), and the earbuds themselves have lasted me a 10 hour shift with constant music and still had battery life to spare. The bluetooth has never given me an issue either. Leave it paired to the phone, whip em out when i get to work, connect flawlessly. They just work with no fuss once you get them paired and set up. Also, get the app that goes with it. Touch controls are fiddly no matter what brand you go with, and the app that goes with it lets you change what controls do what. Like, i kept accidentally touching them and doing volume up or down, or changing the modes on it. Using the app i was able to just turn of all of the touch functions besides switching between the noise cancelling and be aware, and play/stop. I dont think they would have been tolerable without that. I say again. Fantastic, but fragile. Perfect for what i do, enough that im buying another pair after only having had the first for a couple of months. They'd be a 5 star if they were just a little less flimsy.

Amazing! Better than expected.
I have owned several types of earbuds over the years. This set is amazing! People can actually hear me when talking through them via my mobile phone. And the sound quality for me is superb. They are solidly built and fit snugly. I wear glasses/sunglasses and the earbuds work with those as well. It took me a short time to get used to the over ear clip but these definitely stay in place and won’t fall, out while I’m moving about.
