This mat works amazing and is priced perfectly! It’s my first mat and I am very pleased. Relaxes my stress and tension which in turn causes me to sleep like a baby. I’m obsessed.

This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

Takes some getting used to, but as my husband put it “I have no clue how it works, but this really works.” This mat is great and relieves numbness in my hips and back. I feel significantly better after just 5 minutes of laying on it. My very skeptical husband who whines about stiffness and tension tried it and I now have to fight him for time to use it. I think it is worth every penny.

Very nice. Pretty durable. Loved the shape of the bigger pillow. I use it between my legs when sleeping or under my head and shoulders. Haven't used the mat, but I've used others. Definitely better quality. Harder to get back in the bag. Good value.

Awesome little acupressure mat, identical to the mat costing a few hundred dollars. Hurts at first, but definitely brings pain relief to my back. Also really liked the shape of the pillow, vs the half circle shape offered with other mats on amazon

I was curious if I would like this and I love it! I use this about 3-4 times a week to help support pain relief and back support. It has helped me sleep tremendously!

I LOVE this mat. Ok, so it takes some getting used to, but man do I feel incredible after 20 minutes on it! It takes away aches and pains and helps me sleep better. I’ve gotten 3 for friends already!

I had been looking at this and other varieties for a while before finally buckling down and getting one. It arrived today, and I immediately had to try it. What was I thinking! I have fibromyalgia and read a ton about the benefits of acupressure and in hopes for it to help relieve some stiffness and help with sleep etc, I dove right in. Yea, OUCH! It definitely was uncomfortable and required a few adjustments and having to get off and try again, I finally tried to relax. After a few minutes it felt great! The discomfort started going away and was replaced with an odd pulsating sensation radiated from my shoulders to my lower back. I put on some music to help relax a bit more, and a set a timer for 10 minutes of torture. Needless to say after I was done I felt do much better than when I had this morning! I felt loose and tired. Will be using again tonight to help fall asleep. My neighbor who has some issues with her shoulder is also wanting to try it as well! It's definitely worth it since I haven't stiffened up all day!

I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

Love the mat, it is of very sturdy and quality material, much less expensive than some of the mats but nothing less of a quality buy. Would recommend!

I was expecting this to be a real torture device, tried laying down on I t with a shirt on & was fine, have only used it for 1 day. will use it at night to try to relax before bed

I’m confused - I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??
