Fantasy Master Arabian Sands Scimiatr Sword with Sheath

This sword looks stunning, it immediately passed the sharpness test as when I was unpacking it, the blade sliced through the plastic wrap, and my finger. The sword is sturdy and could hypothetically be used for defense, although I bought this for larp. Now this would need grip tape on the handle, especially with how sharp it is. Amazing sword for its price

I recently bought this sword on a whim and I can tell you it's better than I expected. For such a low price I thought I would recieve some cheap flimsy sword that would only be good for display, but I was wrong. The sword is perfectly sized. Not too small to where it's relatively unimpressive, but also not too big to where it's awkward to hold. The handle makes up roughly 6 inches of the sword and it's fantastic. The description says that the sword has a wooden handle, but it's more like polished wooden inserts inside a smooth metal frame. The combination of wood and steel, makes the blade very comfortable to hold but also very, very sturdy. The blade itself is great too. It's got a nice curve and balance point. Sharpness may be the only thing the blade lacks. While it is still very sharp it's not razor sharp. This was not an issue for me at all. I wouldn't try cutting through bone or anything like that, but for slicing up watermelons, this thing does the trick. The sword also comes with a sturdy zip-up sheath that makes it easy to insert and take out. Overall, this sword really impressed me. This is by no means a full on martial arts caliber sword, however if you're looking for some cheap laughs, fun, and a slight badass feeling, this is probably one of the best items out there.

This is a nice sword (scimitar) for the price. It has a solid 440 stainless steel blade that is sharp. The steel extends through the handle, so it feels very sturdy. The grip has wood pieces that seem to be solidly in place. The nylon sheath works and seems fine. Honestly, it is better than I expected it to be for the price. There is a lot of junky swords and ninja stuff out there, but this is better.

Sword is great no blemishes - pretty sharp. All you need is a whet stone to give it a real edge. Nice balance, short and handy. But the handle grip design - steel bands with wood inlay - has a very poor finish. The steel edges protrude out and can scratch if not outright cut your hands. Be ready for nick and cuts from the handle grip. If it was all metal you could sand it down; but with wood inlay not possible to fix. It is pretty much unusable, and thus is going back. 3/3/2021 well I kinda missed it , so I reordered. Same handle grip with sharp edges problem - but this time I am going to just wrap it up with some leather strips to cover up the sharp edges finish on the handle grip. It is beautiful and well crafted otherwise.

A good buy for the price, what you get is a sturdy blade that fits good in the hand. If I had to pick at 1 thing to gripe about though, it would be the handle. However, you can easily rectify this by making a new set of grips for the sword, or just use grip tape. All in all, would recommend. Just be careful, as mine came out of the box sharp

I just recieved my sword, it came well packaged and in a timely manner. I have a large collection of an assortment of swords, axe's and dagger's and I must say that this is a great one to add if your a collector. The tip is very sharp as is the blade, just to give you an example I was wipping it down and just brushed my habd along the blade and got cut. I was was surprised to fine it that sharp, didn't mind but be careful, again for the price this is a great buy. The weight is well balanced and easy to handle, I don't plan on using it for anything but for collection purposes but I am sure it will cut through almost anything "within reason of course". If you are a collector or just want to play areound this is a great piece to have. I personally give it a five star rating, the sheath and strap are pretty good so no worries it is worth it.
