Excellent product at most reasonable price. Product is really good. Light is also very bright. Brightness is just double of the local light we get in market After sale service are excellent I had a problem in two light out of 10 they send me new which reached next day. Really good

Elegant looks
I had old spot lights at home and had to replace with latest ones. They fitted perfectly in the old cutouts and very easy to install. Looks elegant gives good bright light. Buy in bulk and it costs less.

No warranty support. A use and throw product.
The product is average, with a lifespan of ~1 year. Post that most of the lights have one issue or the other. A use and throw product. More serious issue is that there is no warranty support. The no. provided on the website / amazon is unresponsive - nobody to answer the call. Whatsapp response is very poor - takes 4-5 days to respond, but still the issue remains unresolved. Moreover they do not have any local support anywhere in the country - only in Jaipur. For every small replacement, the light needs to couriered to Jaipur and then it depends on their mood if they want to replace the product. It may take 2 weeks (minimum) or 2 months..or it may never happen. No guarantee. Will not advise to buy anything from this brand. Poorest after sales service. If you go with this brand - consider it as a use and throw. The 2 year warranty advertised is a total farce.
