Wonderful blend
Great roast and blend for a pour over. Try smooth and no bitterness. I use a 15:1 water to coffee ratio with a chemex pour over. I pour right off the boil, Bloom for 30 seconds top off to 200ml of water let it settle a bit and then pour the remaining 100ml. Terrific flavors and wonderful aroma. Low acidity roast when brewed as above.

Not Espresso
While this is good coffee in my opinion it is not an espresso type roast. The coffee makes a very smooth americano but lacks bold flavor. I tried a couple of pulls and gave the rest away to a friend. The flavor to me is very floral and earthy.

Weak Sour Coffee.
This coffee comes out light brown/CLEAR! It tastes SOUR and so tannic. I lime my coffee to be so 'thick' that it almost has a filling quality. This is like hot sour water. The beans are so dry they have lost all their natural oils and likely their rich flavor. Do not buy this coffee if you like it dark, rich and creamy.

RECOMMENDED!
Delicious flavor! The beans are fresh and of excellent quality, and the packaging is designed to preserve their freshness. If you’re a true coffee enthusiast, you’ll definitely enjoy this brand.

Coffee feels like it emphasizes smoothness over flavor; I'm just not a fan
This coffee feels like it emphasizes smoothness over flavor; I'm just not a fan.I get the feeling when I drink this that low acidity is the biggest priority. It has a great aroma, but is relatively bland and uninteresting on the palate. I'm sure that drinkability may be a bigger priority for other drinkers, so i won't completely knock this, but I prefer a bigger punch of flavor from my coffee. Also, I always wanted to try Onyx due to its reputation, but i just can't justify the premium price on this. I can get better good coffee for the same price from a local roaster near me, and (IMO) better coffee for a few dollars cheaper from some of the other internet sellers.
