Pros Design minimalist Colour choice Padding option Washable Non slip surface Cons Padding thins with continual use at contact with body areas. Needs time to get back into original shape Quality checking - Not symmetrical. My mat was sewn incorrectly and curves inwards by about 1cm (see photos) Fabric doesn't appear environmentally friendly Non slip fabric attracts dust

This is my first prayer mat and I love the simple embroidery pattern and that it has a zipper to allow for a separate cushioned insert as well for more comfort.

This is a nice rug. You will want to buy the pad to go inside it, because it will be more comfortable, and the rug will look nicer. Without it, it is like praying on a pillowcase. The mat is simply beautiful with its mihrab silhouette and its only ornamentation being the blue thread that quilts an Rub al Hizb 8-pointed star pattern halfway across the blue sejadah before fading-out. All of the stitching is pristine.
