Waste of money
It's such a shame that oxbox only sells low quality hay in India. Every time I buy oxbox hay from Amazon & other websites in India, 80% is just straws. Recently I purchased 9lbs Oxbow Orchard grass hay hoping that this time the quality would be better since the quantity was more (9lbs) but I was shocked at the quality of the hay, again it was just green & brown straws, the edible grass part is just 20%. The green part in the picture are green straws & not the edible grass leaves. I am never going to buy oxbox hay again.

Une horreur ! Tout le foin est compressé !Pourquoi ne pas avoir conservé l'ancien emballage où le foin était de qualité ?Là j'ai reçu 4 kg de miettes, c'est inadmissible ! J'ai dû mettre toutes ces miettes poussiéreuses dans 2 sacs plastiques, je les renvoie à Amazon pour remboursement, mais j'aimerai bien que Oxbow prenne ses responsabilités et me renvoie un foin de qualité, avec très longues tiges comme à l'époque avec Optinac !Je suis en colère et aussi déçue, que mange notre lapin en attendant ?

Fresh in a bag no dust Bunny loves it
Love this, even though it was in a box it had its own bag. I had ordered it from a different company. It was not the story. Don’t know if it got contaminated in between arriving here or not. One of my babies passed away the next day not this company! Definitely grateful for the bag for protection and it’s very low dust which is perfect for everybody.
