Quilting Bee 45mm Rotary Cutter Refill/Replacement Blade (RB4501)

This is now my go -to- blades. One blade cut out and resized blocks for a full size quilt I've been working on and it is still super sharp. Gotta say these are quality blades at a very affordable price! I have tried other 'outside the market' blades and have been disappointed because I would throw away a new blade because it had a void in it that I would still have to cut again, or I would pick up the cut fabric and the whole row would would move out of place. Irritating! Or they were just dull to begin with. Since I go through a lot more of blades, I really hope these will STAY affordable. Love them!

LOVE THESE they are the best nice and sharp and worked on all my rotary cutters. update, bought these about 6 months ago, they were nice, but, used them now on my mat from JoAnn, the big white one, now, my savings have gone to investing in a new mat, I do not press hard, these are nice and sharp, but on the mat, I am using, it butchered the mat. It would be good if you use it on one of thier mats or a self recovering mat. But, I do not like the sharpness, sharp is not always a good thing in my case. The older model was better.

I have always purchased Fiskars Rotary Cutter Refills at Walmart. They are a little pricey for 4 blades. I recently searched for some on Amazon.com and found Quilting Bee. I have never purchased anything from Quilting Bee, so I took the chance. I am very happy with these blades. Shipping time was very fast and they come in a convenient plastic case. They are exceptionally sharp and provide a smooth glide over my fabrics. I have used only 1 blade so far to cut out 3 quilts with multiple layers at a time and it is still sharp and cuts smooth. This one blade out weighs Fiskars by a mile. While Fiskars is a good product, I have found that Quilting Bee is even better. Quilting Bee Rotary Cutter Refills price is much more reasonable than Fiskars. These blades fit my Fiskars cutter. The company that sells Quilting Bee is great. They called me and gave me a $5 coupon on my next purchase of Quilting Bee products. You can't beat that for quality service and product. I will definitely be purchasing Quilting Bee products in the future.

Very sharp blade! I got these to cut paper. I am extremely meticulous about edges and lines. I make my own products to sell and I make my own labels, flyers, brochures, etc. Nothing irks me more than having a big pile of things to cut, cutting about 50 sheets worth of work and suddenly the blade flexes and cuts crooked OR it gets dull and leaves a jagged shred. I saved up a big pile of cutting (mostly because I've been very busy, but also because of bad blade dread) and used the Quilting Bee blade. It was a pretty big stack of mixed label paper, card stock, heavy text weight as well as plain old copy paper. I got through the entire stack with one error and that was mine - took my eye off the line for a sec.

I was hesitant to order anything but OLFA blades. But I love these blades just the same and they are much more affordable for my tight budget. They're sharp and I'm able to cut through 8 layers of fabric like butter. Thank you! Debbie

Love them so far! I have more than one rotary cutter, I used my last Olpha blade in one and one of these in the other - I like this one better, and I sure can't complain about the price difference! I can't comment on durability at this point, as I just made the change. Keep in mind durability of this item is affected by how it gets used, such as pressure applied, nicks from hitting a ruler etc.

I am absolutely delighted with the Quilting Bee Replacement Blades for my Rotary Cutter. I Had been paying a substantially higher price for the name brand blades and rarely bought them due to the cost. I'm very pleased that Quilting Bee has excellent prices and now I won't hesitate to buy the blades I need. I was also pleased at how quickly I received my order, it was much sooner than I'd expected. I'm very glad that I can buy their products through Amazon!

These blades are a great value. I use the 45mm blades in my Olfa cutter and the 60mm in my Fiskars, both fit fine. The blades are sharp and work just as well as Olfa and Fiskar blades, although I have not really found that they last longer as they have advertised. I also like the little plastic case that the blades come in. I use one for new blades and one for used blades, and can just throw them in with the rest of my quilting supplies without having to worry about it. I would purchase these again.
