Bought this product as my husband and I both find lemon balm tea relaxing and thought this would mimic the tea, or be even better. Nope! I just had the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in years. Took 1ml (as directed) at 11 pm but woke up at 2 am and basically didn’t fall back to sleep properly all night. Felt far too wired and restless. My husband also took it and didn’t sleep well either, though better than me. Apparently lemon balm can have this effect on some people, with strong extracts paradoxically acting as a stimulant. So be aware. I wish I had known as I may have tried a 0.25ml dose. As it is I’m now very wary of trying it again.
