The jar suggests taking two a day, but I’ll be honest.. these probiotic gummies are so good that it’s hard not to keep eating them. I’ve blown through a whole jar in a day or two more than once. This gummy vitamin is delicious and taste like gummy bear candy. I don't know if that's s good thing or a bad think! The bottle is huge and is 2 times bigger than it needs to be. Only half full. It does have a child safety lock on the kid so that's a plus if you have small children. I just started taking these yesterday so I will do a update in 39 days to see if I feel more energy or any other change. Over all I am happy with my multi vitamin gummy.

I like that these have a good amount of most essentials including probiotics so you can feel good about just taking these if that's all you take for the day. I appreciate the gummies as a nice change from more pills, capsules and tablets. My whole family can take these.

These are gummy vitamins but they are so bitter it makes them unpleasant to eat.
