These cheese bags are so great. We have ordered many. They keep our various cheeses fresh and mold free. We saw them at a cheese shop in Wisconsin where the cheese heads live.

I have been using these for years. They are awesome for your hard cheeses. They stay fresh and it's the perfect storage solution for your fridge. I use the labels from the cheese and tape them on the bags so I always know how long the cheese is good for and how long I have had it. They are easy to use and quite strong. They work great.

Quality products that really keep all your cheeses fresh. Always. I have used and re-used them for 5+ years before having to use a new one.

These are great bags but the reason for 4 stars is that they are only reusable if you put the exact same type cheese in the same bag when you get new cheese. In other words you can not put Edam cheese in the bag after finished then put you put Havarty cheese in it. It does keep cheese well

These bags work perfect & they are so easy to use! I wish I would have known about these bags a long time ago. I like to buy blocks of cheddar and blocks of mozzarella and slice the cheddar fresh/shred the mozzarella fresh. The problem is, if you put the cheese back in a plastic baggie it's a very short period of time before mold starts growing on the cheese - typically within about 2 weeks. I looked online and found out I should have actually been wrapping my cheese in wax paper to preserve the freshness. I tried it twice but ruined both blocks of cheese because clearly I wasn't wrapping them properly & they got hard. It was frustrating. Then I did more research and found out about these bags. These are perfect! You just put the cheese in the bag, fold the bag & put the cheese on a shelf in the fridge with the folded/ open-ended side on the bottom. I just finished using my block of cheddar cheese, 30 days after putting it in this bag. And it was still totally fine with no signs of going bad or getting hard. There were a few times that I sliced extra slices. I just threw the slices in the bag along with the block of cheese and no issues. It worked out perfectly! I'm about to use the same exact bag for a new block of cheddar. All I have to do is scratch off the previous date and write down today's date for this one. Reportedly these can be reused 5 to 10 times- I hope that's true. Even if each bag could only be reused once, it's a great value due to not having to waste so much cheese!

My second order of this product just arrived, and I'm very glad for its still being available. Cheese keeps well in the bag, and stays in the original fresh condition. It keeps for quite a length of time although, like any storage method I've used, at some point, cheese will start to mold. Very easy storage, too; just put the cheese in the bag and fold over.

I use these bags for our staple cheddar. If you carefully fold the bags, they can easily last for 4 - 6 weeks. The cheese doesn't sweat and stays fresh. There's just the 2 of us but we are cheese lovers so the bag is open daily. One set will easily last a year. Worth it!
