This has been life-changing. I've been taking 2-3 mg/day for about 2 months, and while I started it primarily for the neuroprotectic effects, I'm astounded at how more emotionally regulated I feel. I got this bottle a couple of weeks ago so it might be too early to tell, BUT, I think they're very good. Might have had a better attitude with the two capsules - didn't cuss nearly as much on the tennis court when I screwed up. But for the past 3 days I've been taking 3 capsules. I actually didn't find the experience totally horrible. And today, for the acid test, my daughter came from college for a visit bearing a brand new tattoo. I really hated that she got it, BUT, I didn't explode on her. I've actually had a decent day despite these two normally very stressful events. I really think these have helped me to behave better. I will definitely be ordering more.

I really love this for my slow COMT gene mutation and associated sleep challenges and anxiety. I definitely got benefits from it and noticed it if I forgot. I take it at bedtime. I started with one capsule and bumped up to my 2 capsules. I do take other supplements but noticed improvement in my mood and it helps my son with sleep and mood also. Great product!

Not a dr. My personal experience after doing stimulants for my adhd son was that lithium supplements had just as good effects without effecting his sleep. It was a no brainer for us. I will say that the same was not true for my 2nd adhd boy, so it’s very individual, but 100% worth trying for a month. There’s great research articles you can look up on using lithium supplements for adhd, which is why we tried these in the first place!
