Q: Does this item come with 2 packs of blue powder and 2 packs of pink powder as described? Reviews are confusing

Mine came with two pucks - one was pre-filled with blue powder and one was pre-filled with pink powder. There are not any packs of powder as they are already inside each of the pucks. Hope this helps.

Q: Is the color sticker on the puck what the color inside is ? The 6th photo is confusing .....

Yes, the pink dot means the powder on the inside of the puck is pink and the blue dot means there is blue powder on the inside of the puck. The puck breaks open when you strike it with your hockey stick, not when you hit the puck against something.
