I wanted to try a b12 but I didn’t want the synthetic one cyanocobalamin. I see a lot of b12 but it’s always cyanocobalamin and I avoid those even though there ok. I wanted the methylcobalamin form which is what the same thing the body makes and I finally found it in this brand. I like it a lot better I fell an instant energy. There very easy to use jsut put it under the tongue and it melts right away. The smell is good smells sweet. Great brand and the size is decent and doesn’t matter anyways since it’s going under the tongue. Will buy this brand from now on.
