I want to give a huge thank-you to Jonny from Hiseeu Technical Support for the excellent help he provided while I was setting up my new Hiseeu cameras with my older Hiseeu/HiSilicon NVR.I ran into a difficult compatibility issue where the cameras were connecting successfully but my NVR repeatedly displayed a "Resolution Too Big" error. I spent many hours troubleshooting the cameras, networking, ONVIF settings, video streams, and different configurations. I was even considering replacing my NVR because I thought it might simply be too old.Jonny went above and beyond. After I explained the problem and provided my NVR information, he sent me the correct **3.2.0.2 firmware update** for my KB208-W NVR. After installing the firmware, the compatibility problem was solved and my new Hiseeu cameras began working properly with my existing NVR.What impressed me most was that Jonny didn't simply tell me that my older NVR was incompatible or try to sell me new equipment. He provided an actual technical solution that allowed me to keep the NVR I already had and get the new cameras working exactly as I wanted.Throughout the process, Jonny was responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting the problem resolved. His technical knowledge and willingness to provide the correct firmware saved me several hundred dollars that I would otherwise have spent replacing perfectly good equipment.I now have my cameras working with my NVR, EseeCloud, and the Hiseeu app, with excellent video quality, recording, and two-way audio.**Jonny provided outstanding customer service and technical support.** Hiseeu should be proud to have someone like him supporting their customers. These work perfectly. Installed 3 at my home and 2 at my mom’s place. Great picture and lighting!

These cameras are EZ to connect to both the phone app or a wireless NVR. My NVR instantly connected on power up.All I had to do was set my preferences. They are EZ to setup, VG picture quality, great features, work with phone app for viewing anywhere, record to cloud, card, or NVR if you have one.Customer service emailed me within 3 days after delivery to make sure I had no problems and was satisfied.I was, so much so, I bought 2 more. The compatibility with the other Hiseeu equipment is outstanding. I replaced 4 stationary cameras with 2 of these and got better security coverage. Buying the NVR saves you the cost of the cloud or expensive storage cards. NVR storage is safer and cheaper.

UPDATE 3: After testing further to understand if installation on my part may have caused the motor noise to be loud. Two things, it was not totally level and the noise was much worse over the microphone but not so unless held up to the ear. I decided to keep it to see what happens. The plugin versions are few and the price so reasonable it is worth another chance. If the noise worsens I will crack it open to see what gives...Motor gears started screaming and grinding on day 2, sending it back for refund. -The light weight makes it feel cheap but it might be the lack of an unnecessary battery. A niche camera with handy plugin connection is ideal for a shop or garage (the reason I purchased it). Using the app on a phone gives a landscape view because it is a phone. The camera found the WIFI quickly and stays connected. Requires a mini SD card. Overall build quality is a C rating feel and appearance but the price makes up for that. I'm not sure how long it would hold up in the great outdoors but it so far is doing fine in the shop. The motor sound is imperceptible until you turn audio on when it sounds like grinding ice cubes in a blender on the phone app. Night vision is like most of the others for better or worse. I will update after more use if needed.

It has alright quality video it is still better than 2MP at 3MP 2K QHD and it has good night vision with the brightest LED’s I have ever seen, it is easy to set up with the EseeCloud app and it connects directly to my wi-fi and I love how this is a 24/7 camera so no need for a motion detector and I never miss anything. And it has nice AI features. Also the antenna on mine broke off from regular use but support said they can send me a new one with a better 5MP Sensor so I would recommend this if you are looking for a PTZ camera with 24/7 for cheap.

Great quality picture..I already have a hisseu DVR and after I figured out how to added to my system it works great...the motion sensor seems a little short distance but overall great camera planning on upgrading my old to this type..highly recommended.

OK here goes, if you are concerned about networks security, and your privacy. This is not the camera for you. You must use the app included with this camera in order to view the video stream. And also change functions on the camera. You also need to set up the app with some personal information in order to initialize the camera and get it connected to the network, even if you are hardwired, it still requires you to go through what I consider to be a little bit too much personal information. I am in data and IT security. I monitor all of my Internet traffic, and as soon as this camera was connected to the net work it immediately established connection with a few IP addresses that originate out of China , furthermore, the camera immediately started recording and sending live unencrypted video to these IP addresses. Anybody that has the resources and skill would be able to see these video, feeds without any problem, Maybe it’s for the cloud recording service but I have not signed up for that yet and I do not plan on signing up. A lot of security cameras that can be hardwired do not do this, but unfortunately this camera does and that is a big no for me. I installed this camera in the evening when it was just dusk, the night vision appeared to work well, and the audio worked quite well. Suspiciously a little too well, I could hear my neighbors conversation from their yard through the camera better than I could hear it myself and I was closer. That is interesting to say the least. I am stalled TF memory card because I was not interested in using the cloud recording service. But the problem is it requires you to upgrade the app and pay a monthly fee in order to watch the recorded video on the TF card. I don’t know about other people, but I am getting a little sick and tired of the monthly fees for everything. well soon along morning time came and the picture is completely washed out. Very hard to make out anything, it must be a defect with the camera, but I am not able to see details in the picture. It is very horrible. I will also include a video of that. Overall, what could be a good camera completely fails in my book because of restricting you on how you can view the camera when it has so many other features that you have to pay extra for, but the hardware is already in the camera. You just have to pay to turn it on, that to me is a bit of a scam. I will be returning this camera as it is a bit useless for me.

I’ve had the Hiseeu 2K 360° Pan/Tilt WiFi Security Camera since 2023, and it has been very reliable over the past few years. The 2K video quality is still clear and sharp, and the color night vision continues to perform well at night. The floodlights are bright and add an extra layer of security around the house.The 360° pan/tilt function and motion tracking are some of the best features. The camera follows movement smoothly and covers a large area, which reduces blind spots compared to standard fixed cameras. I also like being able to check the live view remotely from both my phone and PC whenever I’m away from home.The two-way audio works well for speaking with visitors or delivery drivers, and the motion alerts have been useful without being overly complicated to manage. Setup was easy, and once connected to the 2.4G WiFi, the camera has stayed dependable.After using it since 2023, I can say it has held up well and continues to work as expected. Overall, it’s a great value security camera with solid features and dependable performance for the price.

This is one if not the best camera I have purchased. Super easy to connect and set up. If you only need one camera this is the one! Value and brilliant, so yourself a favor, order today!
