Pure MSM Powder 500 Grams (Methylsulfonylmethane)

I’ve been using this MSM powder and it works well. It mixes easily and seems to help with joint and muscle support. I’d recommend this brand and company for other supplements too they seem reliable and high quality.

Much more economical than capsules. Yes, it tastes terrible. Yes, it's very bitter. So, to everyone who is complaining about the taste, here's a simple solution. DON'T put in a LARGE glass of water or whatever liquid you are using. Why do that??? Get it over with quickly. Dissolve your dose in a shot glass, take it like a vodka shot and quickly chase it down with more water or beverage of choice so that you don't have to taste it. It's that EASY!

Very happy with the product but could NOT get the lid unscrewed, and ended up cutting into the bottom and put it in a jar. And I'm not a person who otherwise has trouble getting lids unscrewed.

I take this for my IC pain.I scoop 5-6 scoops into water then make a smoothie to mask the nasty taste.It brings so much pain relief and helps with joint pain also.I take this every day.

Okay, I'm a person whose has grown up with magnificent nails of soft plastic. That's right, bend them, flatten them, oops they got caught on some thread and ripped right off. Now, I started on a hair growth regime and this is just one of the products I'm using. Read the instructions, starting with a small dose and increasing it a bit each week, fine. Somehow, after a couple of weeks, my nail got caught on something, but this time it was fighting back. No bending, no tearing...and upon taking a closer look, instead of a thin flat nail on all ten fingers, there's an eighth of an inch growth on each one. There's a raised curve, an arch from the cuticle to tips of each finger nail. Tapped them on a table and felt how strong they really were. Used nail clippers ...the following week the growth is back and please check your toe nails...sigh. Okay, so, still not paying attention to my head and the slow thickening of my hair at the roots, with less breakage in my comb. Not that hair growth that will put you in competition with Cousin It, but a very subtle, positive change compared to how your hair normally grows. I use this MSM powder along with vitamin C in a glass water, stir well and it dissolves easily. Follow the instructions on the labels. You have to drink a lot of water every day, if not, you might get a head ache...not a problem for me. I don't have an X-Ray to verify whether or not it's strengthening my bones, but I'm sure it's doing something. I'm halfway through my second purchase...everyone's body is different, so for me, there haven't been any negative side effects.

Extremely bitter. Like, extremely. Makes my protein shakes taste terrible. Tried taking it as a shot and it’s awful. It’s a great price and convenient as a powder, but wow - it’s so disgusting. I’m going to go back to pills. I thought this was a solution to taking less pill supplements but nope.
