Thanks to all, will try suggestions, the brand is pleasant taste, just extremely crumbly, tried several types of the product. Had to eat with spoon lol. but still was good, mixed with stews, chili, beans and rice, too good to discord. Did also try half milk,water, same results. Will try the many other ideas, too good to give up. So many other brands were so over sweet and taste even sweeter than a cake, even too much for me, AND I do enjoy sweet desserts but not gummy over sweet cornbread UGH. CAN MAKE REALLY GREAT OLD FASHION OORN BREAD FROM SCRATCH, BUT DIFFICULT FOR ME NOW, NEED EASY MIX,S. ANYWAY THANKS FOR GOOD IDEAS.

What kind of cornbread is the sweet and moist. Which is the kind that is more dry and flakey!

The buttermilk one is more dry and flaky. The Mexican one is moist. None are really sweet, that's more a Yankee thing.
