Less is more! I have always been skeptical of melatonin but stilk tried various ones. For the last year or so, I was taking a store brand 5mg chewable but it didn't seem to go much. I came across these from Bluebonnet which had great reviews but I figured that at only 1mg, they wouldn't do much. I recently had a really bad sleep phase, where for a month, I struggled to fall asleep, woke up a few times during the night and woke up earlier than my alarm but unable to fly back asleep. Since taking the Bluebonnet melatonin, I haven't had a single poor night of sleep! I will say that my sweet spot is three of them for a total of 3mg. 1mg does help me but for me personally, 3mg helps me fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly through the night. And 1mg of these works considerably better than the 5mg ones I previously used. These are priced low, so I don't mind using more of them and they taste really good! I have found that the key for me is taking these about 20 mins before I get in the bed and cutting out any additional screentime. It's rare it takes me more than 10 minutes to doze off. Prior to these, it would take up to two hours of being miserable from not falling asleep. Highly recommend these! You do NOT need a high dose of melatonin, as it's all about the quality over quantity.

I bought this Bluebonnet Nutrition EarthSweet Melatonin 1 mg because a container of 30 (or 50) melatonin at the local pharmacy chain is more expensive--and this is 2.5 to 4 times the quantity for much less. My kids are the ones who decide whether or not this is melatonin that we can use. They both liked the taste and found it easy to chew. It helped them with sleep the same as their current melatonin does. I like that there is no artificial coloring in it. We've only just tried this but so far it's looking like a great product. I'll update my review should anything change down the road.

These work great for my almost 5 yr old when she started having night terrors. Took a few days to start working but overall has helped a lot. I’ve taken them too and find the taste is good and they help me stay asleep at night I take 2-3 of them my daughter takes 1 My first bottle came broken, (Shipped only a padded envelope) I didn’t know was broken because it was the very bottom of the jar and was held together with the plastic they put around the bottles. Compared to another brand, I noticed that this takes a while to kick in. But it definitely works and I’m asleep between 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking it. The chewable tablet is small and tastes good with a hint of sweetness. I sleep soundly and wake up well-rested, with no grogginess.

this is the only available 1 mg melatonin on amazon. kind of costly, but the quality is very good . i break it and give to my kids aged 6 and 10, maybe later will increase dosage to 1 mg to both. melatonin works as antiviral also. useful for kids who have sleep difficulty and or hyperactive.. for adults 1 mg is less, but for a start its okay. overall i am happy and will buy again.

Works very well for dreaming, it does do much for me as for sleeping, but I get the best dreams, I suffer from constant nightmares, sleep paralysis, sleep apnea, ptsd. So this product actually helps me dream better. I would recommend a low dose, like 1 mg, instead of 5 mg.
