I will be stocking up on this as I love the taste – it brings a whole new dimension to the taste of fish and chips. I am now willing to try it with other dishes (as I can buy these lovely large bottles easily and fairly inexpensively.) I've used it in cucumber salad and coleslaw with great results so far.

This is the type of vinegar that goes with your fish and chips. Don't get the Heinz British vinegar, not at all the same type.
