Had to reorder because it was missing around 7 pieces the first time. My replacement had 3 of the WRONG pieces. Sorry excuse for instructions. Rods too short, pieces don't fit together properly. This is awful. The manufacturer should be ashamed to sell this.

Easy to put together and works great for my needs.

There was no written instructions. Pictures are limited. Finally got it all together and one rod didn’t want to screw in right. Seems to be ok once I finally got it all done but it isn’t something I would move if it was full of stuff.

My husband & I wanted something to help keep our mail more organized with a slot for both, one for him then one for me. Seems really nice quality & easy to put together. Hoping this helps keep our counter free from random mail building up in that & instead in this organizer

This metal file holder makes a perfect magazine rack for magazines and/or comics--the metal frame gives it the strength to hold a lot of magazines without bending and falling apart. BE WARNED: instructions on how to assemble it ARE NOT INCLUDED, and it takes a bit of tinkering to figure out how the pieces go together, but once you figure it out, it's not so bad. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Decent magazine rack - once you build it. As others have pointed out, there are no instructions - just the low-resolution badly printed photos on the box. And they won't tell you much.I'm a pretty mechanical guy so it wasn't rocket science - but if you're NOT a "fiddle with parts" sort of person, you're going to struggle. Not to mention, it really would work better if either have three hands yourself (not likely!) or have a friend help hold things while you assemble. You'll have to figure out all the finer points yourself, as you can't see them in the photos.Also, again as other have pointed out, the wrappings come undone in shipping and it's very likely some of the nut and tubes will be "floating" in the box. So don't throw anything away until you make certain all the bits are present. You'll also need either a couple pairs of pliers or nut drivers to tighten the cap nuts. Finger tight will not cut it.Not for the "mechanically uninclined" by any means. Buy something else.In fact, I just recommend: buy something else.
