ProCare Low Contour Cervical Collar Neck Support Brace: Medium Density, Small

This is the only collar I’ve found that fits me. I’m very short anyway and my neck is even shorter from the compressed vertebrae which is why I need the collar in the first place! Gives some relief when my neck is hurting.

Was fitted for one by a professional, horrid, huge, too long and very expensive. This one is perfectly comfortable, but like anything with foam will be warm, but I no longer wake up with headaches it is perfectly for ladies necks, will be buying another so that they can be washed.

I got a medium and it's not very comfortable. It's not a soft brace, it's a hard one.

Purchased for my 94yo mother who was suffering from neck pain due to osteoporosis. She has a very short & small neck, so was conscious of ordering collar that fit. Ordered a small & it is a good fit! The contour fits her chin well.I gave it a 4 star rating overall because the sleeve to cover the collar could be a bit longer. And 4stars for comfort, cause no neck collar is 5 star comfortable after awhile!Aside from that, I would purchase it again.

Absolutely in love with this product! It only took me a few hours of wearing my first purchase to order a second!!! I have a small neck, I suffer from disc and joint disease along with bulged discs and a pinched nerve I've tried so many and these are by far the BEST AROUND I definitely admire the stiffness, extremely great support! You can not go wrong with this product at all as long as you know what you need for your medical condition and order the right size and stiffness that us best for your health issue I will say this didnt come close to the prescription one I recieved from the local medical supply store to which my prescription only stated soft collar lol it was worn out which was my reason for this purchase or purchases rather and it definitely didnt help but with having to wear it 8hrs a day I couldn't give up just because they didnt give me what I actually needed I feel BLESSED to have found this product and only with I could have this EXACT collar in other colors but hey I'm not complaining only suggesting ;) more colors would lead to more purchase for sure! This product was too tall for my neck. I am a petite woman 69 years old and when I put this collar on my neck it covered my chin – very uncomfortable! I was really upset because even though it was prime when I tried to return it I found out that there's no return possible. If you are a petite person, don't waste your money on this product! They will not back up the product! Instead, order the product called soft foam cervical collar by OTC. I just got it today and already my neck is fully supported. I will not buy from this Company again since they will not refund or give credit for returns.

Nicely made collar but the measurements for sizing are way off. My neck measures 19" so I purchased the collar for up to 20". Once I wrapped it around my neck, however, the two end points were a good 4" apart. (Yes, the flat collar measures 20" but loses significant length when placed around the neck.) To double-check, I had my son try it on. His neck measures 16" and the collar just barely fit him with a gap between the two ends and the exposed velcro hitting his neck. So disappointed. Item returned.

I’m giving this product a 5 because I think it fits very nicely, around the neck. It’s comfortable, but for recovery? It’s not quite tall enough for the average person to get support. I used this for a neck break recovery, & it didn’t support my head enough for my recovering during my soft brace stage. But I think this would be perfect for a more minor neck injury
