unit cut on fire as soon as it was installed
we installed the unit on the last day of return, which immediately burned from the firetrying to get the $$$ back

The internet is right
My friend Alex thinks his other brand tankless water heater is better, but he’s wrong. This one is grey and matches our truck. That makes it at least 1.00066473 times better.

Great for an outdoor shower good for camping
Second one I have had . Great for an outdoor shower good for camping. Overall I'm very happy with it. Flowchech valve works like crap sometimes but if you turn the water flow to less on the unit it makes faster and turns on . Shower is hot especially in Winter mode.

Can't even use it
Not all the parts needed to assemble are included. The gas hose doesn't hook up to the unit.
