The product is a tad bit smaller than I originally thought, BUT nonetheless after using it it’s perfect! You can instantly feel relief on the first setting! I’m talking witching 30 sec you can feel it beginning to work!

This thing is amazing! I use it just about every night before bed to relieve back and shoulder pain. It obviously can’t roll on your back but it applies pressure more than a foam roller since it is narrower in width.

This works exactly like it looks, you lay on it and if done daily it helps eleviate some of that lower back pain.

I suffer from back problems and I have to stretch and complete certain exercises everyday just to be able to walk. This helps me to relax my back muscles and get moving in the morning.
