Does Amazon offer professional assembly?

we had our handyman install the trampoline. by the way--this is a fabulous unit. Be sure to use the straps to secure the trampoline. I did use AMazon once to have a basketball net installed into the driveway and they ruined my driveway lights--cut the wires and i did not realize until later. I would not use their installers again

Is the size of the jumping area the same as the frame size or will it be smaller than the 13x13 frame size?

It is 13 x 13 as advertised. The mesh netting is on the outside of the jumping area. It does not interfere with the available jumping space.
