I don't believe I got exactly the right product but still very happy with the purchase. Maybe I misread the description but I thought I was getting a brush, comb, scissors, and a travel case (box/bag/etc). I got everything but the travel case, but also received beard oil and beard balm. Great price and, so far, great products!!!!!!

Update 05/07/2018: I finally received my original order and it's clearly not the product advertised. The brush came in a little plastic bag and you could see it was already starting to lose some of its bristles. The comb looks okay compared to the real thing, but you can still see and feel the difference in quality. Also neither the brush or the comb have the Grow a Beard logo on them. I'm not sure what Amazon can do about these Chinese knockoffs, but something needs to change. I've been very satisfied with the genuine product and people need to be guaranteed the same thing. Little disclaimer: I had order this set previously along with some other beard care products and without paying close enough attention, I ordered it through a third party seller...from China I believe. At the time of this review, I have still not received the original order and have no way of contacting the seller or requesting a refund. So just as a little PSA to anyone interested in ordering this product, please be sure to order only from the manufacturer. Their amazing customer service is the reason I'm writing this review to begin with and I'm not going to let some third part seller affect the overall score. That being said, I've been very impressed with this beard brush and comb set.This would make for a perfect gift for someone and it makes for a great travel sized set. With a proper application of beard oil, the brush leaves my beard looking neat and feeling soft. In the past I never gave my beard the proper TLC it needed and it would always become an irritating, itchy mess that I would always just end up shaving completely off. Having now invested a little more time, effort and money into it, I can say that I'll definitely be rocking a beard from now. Shout out to Grow A Beard for making sure I received my order and that I was satisfied with it; you guys are awesome! Fantastic product! 5/5 stars! 5 beards out of 5 beards! Beard on my brothers!

Decent product. Seems a bit thrown together but for the price, it’s very decent. The comb works well on my husband’s beard. He is going to use the brush in the shower and see if it makes a difference. Overall it’s not bad.

The comb seems basically useless. I have an average length beard (not trimmed short, but far from ZZ Top level epic) that's pretty thick. The wide tines are too wide and don't do much, and the fine tines won't actually grab my beard for some reason. Comparing it to a plastic comb I have the plastic comb has 3 tines for every 2 in the coarse side and like 5 tines for every 4 in the fine side. That cheap plastic comb works great, but with the wood comb If I comb UP it will actually grab my beard hair and pull it up, but if I comb DOWN it basically just pushes it out of the way and the tines do nothing. Maybe the comb is too thick? They taper down near the tips but most of the body of the tines is like a quarter inch thick compared to the sixteenth or whatever a usual comb is. I might try sanding it down to like half it's thickness and see if it improves. Moving on, the scissors are meh. They seem sharp but the quality is poor. The hinge isn't very tight so they only really cut in the last quarter of the blade. I have a Leatherman Micra I've been using as beard scissors and I suppose I'll keep using that. I guess you get what you pay for. But the main attraction here is the brush. It feels softer than I was expecting but seems to do a good job. None of the bristles have fallen out so far with several minutes of testing, and it does tame the scraggle decently. Good size makes it easy to grab, it's not too small or too big. Conclusion: Honestly for the price, it was cheaper than or equal to a lot of other sellers who were selling just a brush, so for what I paid for it it's worth keeping for the brush alone. Maybe the comb would work for you if your beard is on the thinner side. The scissors do work in a pinch but I'd say they're better for a travel kit/emergency use rather than regular trims. If all you need is a brush you can probably get a better one elsewhere, but it works fine and justifies the entire purchase.
